Great place in a great location. Lots of places to explore and try out in walkable distance. Jenny was super nice and responsive and gave some great recommendations.

A beautiful and clean home with an extremely friendly and responsive host

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Harvey and Lei were a great host and their house is beautiful, and quite convinient. It’s a bit out of the Tokyo centre but surrounding area like Kawasaki and Shinagawa provide authentic Japanese experience. The house is also clean and spacious living room, the washing machine is definitely handy

We used Momoe’s place as a “home base” and wasn’t there much during the day. It definitely met our needs as a family of 4 with two kids (8 &5). They have a small area that entertained our littles for short periods. Great restaurants within walking distances and the Subway Station is walkable too. Very clean as well.

We loved our time in Tokyo. The location was very convenient—10 minutes by bus to Shibuya Station—but also very peaceful and walkable. Chihoko was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, helping with transportation and restaurant bookings, and answering any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and cozy and perfect for our family of five. We felt right at home.

Amazing location – just a few minutes’ walk to the vibrant heart of Shibuya, yet tucked away in a quiet area perfect for relaxing. The host and his team are professional, and very thoughtful, with a dedicated guide channel offering detailed recommendations for nearby food spots and attractions. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, with a great washing machine and fridge. The balcony is lovely for enjoying the view and unwinding. I honestly wished I could stay a few more days in Tokyo to enjoy this unit more. Truly worth it!

Stunning place in the middle of Daikanyama - this was a beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants and public transportation. We would have stayed here longer we loved it so much!

I stayed here as a last minute addition to my Tokyo trip and it was wonderful! David was a great communicator and responded promptly to any of my questions or requests for recommendations. The space was clean, comfortable and stylish, it felt very homey and had all the amenities I needed (including a very good washing machine). The couch is a bit small, but I wasn't watching too much TV anyways. This was the most walkable location I've stayed at in Japan with tons of restaurants and cafes, as well as easy access to two train stations. And, the rooftop has a great view of the city! The apartment is the perfect amount of space for a solo traveler (although a couple would be great too) and I hope to come back with my partner!

Convenient location and easy to access. Was a decent size for Tokyo with three of us (1 kid and 2 adults). Would be tight with more.

Un lugar increíble para alojarte en el corazón de Shibuya, a dos cuadras de el cruce de Shibuya, la estadía de hachiko y el metro. Es un sueño estar cerca de todo lo recomiendo completamente, la casa está equipada todo con lo necesaria súper cómoda. Nosotros fuimos cuando hacía bastante frío por lo que se agradece que la casa tiene aire calefactor que nos ayudó bastante con el clima.

Ryo’s Shimokitazawa apartment is small and simple, but perfectly formed for a stay in a real neighbourhood and leaving feeling like you’ve had a glimpse of local life. A breath of fresh air after the hyper nature of places like Shinjuku, it’s a lively and super safe neighbourhood with fantastic vintage and bespoke shopping, cool and numerous little bars and restaurants, a great supermarket to cater cooking back in the apartment, and not overly touristy. Ryo is a fantastic host and I loved his comms from his messages to the brilliantly written house rules. I hope to stay again Ryo!

Wir waren mit unserer 1 Jahre alten Tochter bei Hitomi. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und für unsere Tochter gab es sehr viel tolles Spielzeug. Alles war sauber und wir konnten uns nach den aufregenden und eindrucksvollen Straßen Tokios gut in der Unterkunft erholen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder beim nächsten Japan besuch. 10/10

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

先ず、出発前に備品や消耗品の量など細かな質問までさせていただいたのですが、いずれも素早く丁寧な回答をいただき、ストレス無く旅の準備ができました。 アクセスについては、今回私たちは、ロマンスカーで箱根湯本まで移動して、 箱根湯本駅からは箱根登山バスを利用しました。最寄りの葛原のバス停から別荘は3分程で、箱根の各観光地への移動も快適でした。 お部屋は清潔で、おしゃれな家具や小物で統一されており、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごせました。 寒さが厳し時期なので、少し心配していましたが、機密性の高い部屋と、空調・床暖房のおかげで寒さの心配は全くありませんでした。 楽しみにしていた温泉も湯量豊富で、適度にとろみのある泉質が素晴らしく、滞在中何度も入らせていただきました。 お部屋がすっきりと整頓されているので、滞在後の片付けも容易で、ゴミ袋やゴミ箱も使い易く整えられており、大変スムーズでした。 とても快適で満足度の高い滞在でした。ありがとうございます。

箱根湯本駅から1駅の入生田駅が最寄りでエリアとしては良かったです。ただ駐車場から宿まで中々の坂道を数分歩かなければならない立地でした。 部屋はとても綺麗でアメニティも充実していて過ごしやすい空間でした。 ホストの方の対応も迅速なので安心感がありました。

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
