Amazing little gem of an apartment, perfect to experience minimalist living in the heart of Tokyo! Very clean space, great attention to details, equipped for longer stays (I lived here comfortably for a month) with access to a shared outdoor space.The building is well secured and peaceful, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Ebisu is a great neighbourhood, apartment is close to metro, bars & restaurants and convenience stores. Numa was a very responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend!

숙소가 있는 역사 주변으로 주로 쇼핑을 하는 다이소, 칼디, 무지, 드럭스토어 등의 상점들이 있고 동네 자체가 관광지가 아니어서 조용하고 좋습니다 숙소 내부는 깔끔하고 문제가 생겼을때는 호스트와 연락이 잘되어 신속하게 해결할 수 있었습니다 주변 맛집이나 관광 일정을 추천해주어 고민을 덜었고 다시 도쿄를 방문 할 일이 있다면 재방문 의사가 있을 정도로 만족한 숙소였습니다

Hideaki was a wonderful host and was very communicative. He gave us a detailed description of everything from checking in to operation of the appliances. He also offered a great list of recommended activities. Teamlab was absolutely amazing. 10/10......would recommend.

Stayed at Ryuji’s place for the weekend. The apartment is on the 9th floor, across the Russian Embassy. The apartment is a nice size with modern furniture. Ryuji was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay making sure everything was going well. Host provided a big guide with lots of local recommendations and other useful instructions. Big highlight was that you can see Tokyo Tower really well and close from the outside of the building! The downside was that every morning there was a loud sound truck speaker protesting something that woke us up around 8am. There were also multiple police buses across the embassy and many policemen outside the street, which we assume were related to the protests. Not sure how often that happens, but it happened all 3 mornings we were there so thought to mention it. Otherwise the apartment was really nice which is why I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Stayed here for a week and it was the best place I could have asked for, very close to the shopping area and very close to the night life scene. The bed is big enough for 2 people and they also provide a futon as well which was great. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the check in process was very easy as well. Overall I would recommend this room for your stay !

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

Very friendly hosts Natsuki & Giulio🌹. Amazing apartment, very comfortable and quiet, perfect location only few minutes walk to the train station, downstair has CVS drugstore and Lawson, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, or you can ride a train to Kamata Station (just one stop) for more options, plan to come back to stay again next year 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Thank you Natsuki & Giulio for providing such a beautiful warm home for us to stay ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

富士山が綺麗でした。

What we loved: neighbourhood feel, quiet street but still plenty on the street (food, shops etc). Convenient to Haneda.

Amazing and very thoughtful amenities. Host was extremely responsive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at their Azabudai property.

완벽한 숙소였습니다. #위치 역앞에 슈퍼에서 매일저녁 먹을거리를 구매할 수 있었고, 숙소주변에 맛있는 식당도 많습니다. 나카메구로, 시부야에 가는걸 좋아하는데 가까워서 편했습니다. 동네는 조용하고 평온했습니다. #내부 침대가있는 방이 3개나 있어서 4인가족이 편안하게 사용할수있었습니다. 2층의 거실은 매우 넓어 아침과 저녁마다 가족들이 모여 대화를 나눌수있었습니다. 수건은 직접 세탁하여 써야하는데, 건조기 겸용 세탁기가 있어서 불편하지 않았습니다. #호스트 필요할때 연락드리면 빠른 답장이 왔으며, 늘 친절하게 답변해주셨습니다. 우리가족 모두가 만족하였고, 다음에 일본에온다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다

今回はお世話になりました。 リノベされたばかりとのことで非常に綺麗で、友人全員大満足でした。

We used Momoe’s place as a “home base” and wasn’t there much during the day. It definitely met our needs as a family of 4 with two kids (8 &5). They have a small area that entertained our littles for short periods. Great restaurants within walking distances and the Subway Station is walkable too. Very clean as well.

大好きな友人と泊まりました。南仏をほうふつするような開放感あるバルコニーで夕陽を眺めながら乾杯したり、地中海の色彩あふれる広々としたダイニングでおしゃべりしたり、贅沢で実に濃い時間を過ごすことができました。 キッチンには使いやすくて便利な調理道具と可愛い食器が豊富にそろっていたので、普段作らないようなユニークなおつまみを手作りしたり、ホストの方が教えてくれた地元の新鮮な野菜をシンプルに蒸して頂いたり、とにかく楽しい時間があっという間に過ぎました。 あとベッドのマットレスが気持ちよくて熟睡。清潔で落ち着いた部屋で、目覚めがすっきり気持ちよかったです。 これまでは友人とレストランを予約して会うことが多かったのですが、今回は思い切って葉山に足をのばしこのお宿に泊まったことで、心からリラックス！おかげでお互いの距離感がさらにグ～ンと縮まった気がします。これからも私たちのとっておきの場所としてリピ決定です！

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and really liked it. It was a little out of the way, but right near the beach in a relatively quiet area, and we could see Mt Fuji from the window, so that was pretty neat. The place was nice, pretty spacious, and had a little kitchenette which was really nice.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this space. The layout was wonderful and had all of the features to make us feel at home. We loved the location with easy, nice walks to both Shibuya and Ebisu stations. The neighborhood was great. We hit the ramen shop and pizza slice restaurants close by on our walks to/from Shibuya Station. We also enjoyed walking to Ivy Place for breakfast and visiting the book store.

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much
