It is a quiet neighbourhood, with many nice restuarant. The Host is very responsive through out our bookings. She has done the best to provide a very comfy place and have attention to details. Great place for up to 5 - 6 pax, but a bit crowded if more than that. Overall, we love the place and wish to go back.

Place was clean and bigger than expected easily accommodated 8 guests. The host was amazing and went out of his way to come in the morning to fix our wifi

첫 일본 여행에서 선택한 숙소인데 너무 청결하고 내부가 깔끔했어요. 여유공간도 많아서 캐리어 펴고 생활했고 원룸같은 느낌이라 여행객이 주로 묵는 데와는 거리가 있습니다. 욕실이 너무 좋아서 입욕도 많이 했어요. 다만 한국과 다르게 집이 좀 춥다는 점은 감안하셔야 될 것 같아요!

A retro feel with modern perks (projector and washing machine). Walking distance to Dotonbori and the new station was a huge plus. A small shout out to the Chinese kiosk downstairs who provides hot snacks till late.

部屋は広くて清潔で、とても良かったです。 U-NEXTを無料で見れて壁一面に大画面で見れました。

Lovely and cozy place to stay! Our hosts were very accommodating, they made sure to check in with us periodically to make sure everything was going well, and even guided us on things that we were unsure about such as instructions on how to use their washing machine. The inn was in a very convenient location, close to a Konbini, Dotonbori, and a few train stations. We also liked that the street where the Inn was located was not busy at all, despite being close to Dotonbori. We would definitely stay again the next time we come to Osaka!

Really great place to stay in Osaka, very central to main attractions in the city. Also very close to trains etc.

체크인후 작은 착오가 있었지만 원할하게 잘 처리해주셨습니다.위치가 매우 훌륭하며 욕실의 물 수압도 훌륭합니다.아이들이 이집을 좋아했습니다.필요한 모든게 있습니다. 감사합니다.

Cocoro’s place was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay with plenty of room for the 7 of us. We had to check-in later than planned due to traffic - and they were very accommodating with that. They were also very responsive, we had a slight issue but it was addressed and taken care of completely. Osaka Castle is so very close, easily walkable and such a beautiful sight to see. The home is so traditional and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the hosts as well as the home and would happily return if I were ever to visit Osaka in the future. Thank you so much for opening your home, we truly appreciated being able to stay there.

great size and location. neighborhood noise and street is a bit loud and whoever runs the upstairs unit has no control over how loud thier guests are. we had some incredibly inconsiderate upstairs neighbors stomping and screaming until 3am consistently.

Overall a pleasant stay. The bathrooms were a bit small, but as described. We stayed 6 people, the layout worked fine for this. We could have used the key for the second door, but it's described as closed. The area seems local, which was nice. Train and subway about a 20 minute walk away. We would recommend.

Ted was extremely helpful and responsive during the check-in process. The check-in documents include everything you need to know to work the systems in the house and even came with helpful recommendations for restaurants for food/drinks. The place was clean and gorgeous with plenty of space for 5+ people. One of my favorite places I stayed at during my time in Japan.

Very nice overall, just a bit unusual that the baby cot is provided for a fee, despite being shown as an amenity of the apartment.

4世帯、子供合わせて12名で利用しましたがLDでは皆でくつろぐことができ、ベッドルームではプライベート空間もあるのでありがたかった。近くにはスーパーや持ち帰りができるお店があるので部屋で皆で食事をするのにも困らなかった。

Great place with free shuttle from RESI stay reception to your hotel/house (one way only)

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
