写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。すごく良かったです。お風呂やトイレも綺麗で、2回の寝室も清潔でした。内装がオシャレでテンションがあがります。しかし、調理器具や食器類が汚いことが少し気になりました。そこを除けば完璧な宿だと思います！

We had an AMAZING stay at Bretts place! The house was beautiful, full of character and charming. The location was a little bit away from town, which gave us privacy and peace. However we also got to use electric bicycles, so it only took us a few minutes to get to town. Brett also picked us up when we arrived and drove us to the station when we left, as well as gave us plenty of recommendations to what we could do. We wish we stayed longer.

The host is a very friendly couple. Breakfast is delicious There are plenty drinks and ice cream in the fridge for guests to consume.

横浜から来た娘方の孫2人、高松在住の息子夫婦、孫２人、それに我々２人、合わせて８人でお世話になりました。大勢でも楽しくBBQで食事して、その後はジャグジーやカラオケで孫たちも大変喜んでいました。また機会があれば利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

Yamano-san is one of the most helpful hosts I've ever had the pleasure of having. He sent us a complete house guide with directions to get to his place (with photos of every turn), how to use the appliances, and how to dispose of garbage. Japan has strict rules on garbage disposal, so that was essential information. He alsobmet us at check-in to show us everything. He responds to messages immediately and came when we needed help with the water system. We came during cherry blossoms season so everything was just wow! Crowded but beautiful. Good thing Yamano-san's house is in a quiet area even if it is less than 200m from a train and bus station, and from a convenience store. We were even able to walk to the iconic Togetsu-kyo Bridge. Bonus: He is a setai (body adjustment) doctor. He treated two of our group and they loved it! We definitely recommend staying there!

I have to say - photos don’t do this place justice. The house looks so much nicer in real life. It’s nicely decorated and equipped. All the tableware, furniture, appliances are of top quality. The bedding is so comfy. It was a bit cold during our stay and the underfloor heating was a game changer! The location is also perfect - it’s situated in a quiet residential area but just 5 min walk to the night life area. The host is extremely kind. He is super responsive and very flexible with our check in and out time, which made our trip a lot easier. He even helped us make a few restaurant reservations. I’ve been to Kyoto for a few times and stayed at some Airbnbs. I have to say this one is by far the best. I highly recommend this place to all fam/group travelers!!

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s 3-story home in Higashiosaka with our family of four (kids aged 10 and 7). Location was perfect—safe, quiet, and super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. House was spotless and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (though we picked up a few extra ingredients). The air conditioners around the house kept the bedrooms nice and warm during our March stay (though FYI the common areas can be a tad chilly. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated playroom on its own floor—it kept them entertained for hours. The garage was a big bonus for our rental car. Chad was an amazing host, always quick to reply and super accommodating, even helping us with an Amazon delivery. Tip: We brought our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop to TV. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly spot that made our Osaka trip extra special. Highly recommend it! Thanks, Chad!

Very foreigner friendly accommodation. Nana provided things beyond the other normal host do. Her attention to details was awesome! The room is spacious. Great stay for me. I will definitely come back.

It was a pleasure staying at Tera's apartment during my first trip to the Kansai region. The apartment is located well away from the bustling streets of Shinsaibashi but still share many of its conveniences like a Lawson's, pharmacies and eateries just a stone throw away. You are also spoiled with many dining alternatives along the same street of the apartment, namely "Onigiri Gorichan" and "Sushiro". The apartment wise feels homely with most of the essentials that you would require. My only qualms will be that the Airbnb does not have an elevator (which meant lugging 35kg of luggage up and down the 2F apartment at the start and end of my stay), and the occasional stench of cigarettes from a neighbouring smoking-friendly cafe, but the smell does not take long to dissapate once you switch on some appliances in the apartment. However, I would not trade these 2 flaws for any of the benefits or conveniences mentioned. I highly recommend Tera's homestay to anyone who is visiting Osaka!

This place is so awesome. The house is really clean, neat and also strategic. I enjoy my stay here. Ms. Yui also very responsive and kind. She always give me the great direction on everything and also give me some cookies for welcoming gift. I really recommend Ms. Yui's place as the accomodation for everyone who visits Osaka and want to enjoy Dotonbori vibes.

Yui is an excellent host. Kept us posted about the status of our place (even messaged that it was ready before check in). The place was clean and there were a lot of helpful and clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable. If I had to nitpick I would say the pillows could have been softer but my experience in Japan is pillows are generally harder here than in the U.S. The location was great. Yui also left us a gift on our last day. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

A roomy place that’s close enough to major tourist attractions within Osaka (if you’re willing to ride a stop or two or enjoy a walk) and just a transfer away from most near everything else. Yumiko goes the extra mile in every way and makes sure you feel right at home and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Osaka in the future.

Great place, plenty of room for 2 people, toilet, and strong hot shower. Know that mattress/futon is only 2 inches thick; hence firm.

建築物比較新, 地方乾淨整潔, 房間該有的日用品房主也提供了, 包括浴棉, 我甚至看到有化妝水跟落妝水, 毛巾我不知道是不是按住宿天數準備的, 我看到有7條,準備的很足夠 (雖然我只用了3條) 充電器, 風筒 還不只一個, 也有一個小陽台適合吸煙的人士 地點很不錯, 步行大約9分鐘到南海難波站, 15分鐘到御堂筋線的難波站, 9分鐘到日本橋站, 7分鐘到惠須美町, 日用品的話附近有幾間便利店跟業務超市, 到木津市埸也是15分鐘左右 日本橋附近的食肆都開的比較晚, 而且比較便宜, 如果像我喜歡二次元的話會是一個加分項 YOSHI回覆速度極快, 一般時間5分鐘內就點了, 而且也比較耐心 環境整體安靜, 但夜裡有可能有貨車駛過, 會比較吵, 但比較少發生, 我住了7天也就好像1,2次 房間沒想像中大, 但1,2個人來說比住便宜的酒店大多了,還能免費洗衣服 (房間有提供洗衣粉/洗衣液) 如果下次來大阪估計還會再來

I got stuck in a very unique situstion where I had gotten scammed by an AirBnB host. Alice, cane to the rescue. She understood our situation, and accomodating us accordingly with nothing but kindness, and joy. The property had 3 levels of balcony, which was beautiful. It was spotless, decorated, and safe. I highly recommend staying here!

The best ever, the location nearly everything what we want; convenience store, Drugstore, train station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Bus station to Airport. Restaurant around. Absolutely amazing! Recommend!

남편없이 아이들과 함께한 여행이라 안전때문에 모든 일정을 다 호텔로 예약해야하나 고민했었는데 도착하니 숙소의 크기나 분위기 청결함덕분에 걱정이 다 달아났어요. 욕실시스템도 넘 좋고 세탁건조기 사용도 편리하고 이불도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 즐거운 여행에 많은 도움이 되었어요.

Lovely place to stay - clean, big, and very well equipped!

Staffs are friendly and the room is nice. Although the bed is smaller than what we expected, we still have a good time there. Nice location and nice infrastructure.
