We loved our stay at Toshiko’s place. The location was in a quiet and peaceful area yet close to the subway for easy access. Toshiko communicated so well from pre-arrival to during the stay. And also gave amazing recommendations on places to eat close by. The home was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there again one day!

This place has the best location. A quiet small house with a cute courtyard, just minutes away from one of the busiest intersections in the world. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, Yogogi park, shops you name it. The house itself is small but great, has everything you need. Cleanness is the area they need to improve.

What a wonderful house! The was lots of room, the kitchen was very functional. Parking was easy and the host was helpful, responsive, and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

The futons were of such high quality, soft, and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. I had the best night’s rest of my life! I would highly recommend visiting this place just to enjoy a good night's sleep. The house is absolutely beautiful! It is well-maintained. There are good air conditioners, so staying warm was not a problem. The furniture and decorations are so lovely and elegant. If you love nature, this place is perfect for you. There is plenty of wildlife just outside the house. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and observing all the different animals. The bathroom is very fancy and modern. Everything was sparkling clean and spacious. I highly recommend visiting, especially for the chance to enjoy a relaxing bath! To top it all off, the host is exceptionally kind! She is welcoming, helpful, and warm. When we arrived late at night, the futons were already laid out and prepared for us. We were so happy staying here. Thank you again, Nao-Sama, for having us! ^^

部屋は清潔で、設備も必要なものは全て揃っていたので、とても快適に過ごせる場所でした。

I stayed at Chisaki's airbnb with 16 other people for a school trip. While the main living room and kitchen is a tight for 17, we appreciated the size of the rooms and the number of bathrooms. The showers are a little smaller and there are only three, but we managed to make it work. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the heating/air conditioner units in each room. I also appreciated having a full length mirror and vanity in the upstairs room. Overall, the airbnb is really nice. There is some wear and tear and you can tell that some of the furniture is a bit older, but the price for a place that fits a large group is entirely reasonable. The only major downside during our stay was the nighttime construction that happened right outside of our windows.

Had a great stay at this location with a small group of friends for a few days. Kentaro was very communicative and provided very clear instructions/information regarding the check-in process and amenities. Kentaro was also able to accommodate an early check-in as our flight arrived very early in the morning. Overall, it was a great stay in a nice, quiet location and we all felt at home. Will keep this in mind for future visits.

Quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to shopping mall, convenience store and 24hours supermarket. I can focus on my work and cooking my meals everyday. Thank you and I wish to come back next time!

Très bonne situation proche métro et gare Calme mais proche des commerces État impeccable Hôte bien à l’écoute et proposant des activités

Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier familial, résidentiel, et proche des différentes lignes de métro. De nombreux konbini et petits commerces à proximité. L’appartement est calme, très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise.

Well laid out and spotlessly clean. Very suitable for our needs. Great hot shower and very convenient with washer/dryer. Quiet safe neighborhood. Able to walk to Ueno Park and Asakusa.

David’s place was very central. It was close to Korean Town, with lots of Korean restaurants, yet still in the heart of Shinjuku. There’s a nice dried ramen shop Aburi soba and Coco Ichibana Curry right in front of the accommodation. Not to mention the FamilyMart and Lawson, which are within walking distance. David is always checking in and making sure everything goes smoothly; he responds to inquiries within minutes, and all the information he provided was very useful, making the stay memorable and smooth. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in the Shinjuku area. Bonus: there’s a Sakura tree right in front of the stay.

신주쿠역과 가까웠습니다.교통편도 좋습니다. 근처 마트, 드럭스토어,현지맛집,조용한 주택가등 모든 면이 만족스러웠습니다. 편안하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다~
