We had a great time staying at Arcsens. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and communicated in English perfectly. The rooms have a great design and are exactly as expected from the listing. It's a walkable distance from the metro and JR station and therefore an easy base to explore Tokyo. Thanks so much to the lovely staff for making us feel right at home. Kind regards, Thomas

Masa is THE most generous host! His hospitality was out of this world and he showed us, as promised, different onsen every night. Will 100% recommend and hopefully have a chance to return again! Thank you Masa!!

Really great place to stay. Staff were fantastic, room was nice and location perfect. To top it off, they have the best restaurant in town.

Tanuki lodge is a great place to stay. The room was a decent size, particularly considering we had a queen bed and cot in there. The location is great - only a couple of minutes (up a steep hill) to the 'yu road' and close to heaps of restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It is a little challenging getting lots of suitcases and ski gear into the lodge as there are quite a few stairs but other than that it was great!

Lei was an amazing host and was extremely responsive with suggestions and issues we may have faced. Super convenient location and we had a great time in Japan!! 10/10

Lits confortables. Logement central. Avec ascenseur ce qui est rare à Tokyo. Les hôtes sont charmants et très arrangeants ce qui est un plus à ce logement. A recommander si vous séjournez à Tokyo.

Don’t rush, a few days was perfect for getting great views of the mountain, some days were hazy and you could not see a thing. Not much going on in the walkable area, plan on using the bikes to get over to the grocery store or restaurants. The one gem, is very close by and we would plan our day to get some baked goods at Lake Bake. (Opens at 10am does not stay open very long). Our stay was relaxing and pleasant. Would stay again for sure.

This was probably the most comfortable bed I've laid in... this capsule stay was amazing and I wish I was able to have stayed for more than just one night. The amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s place came with many amenities and was within walling distance of the subway station and many other sights. I would definitely comeback again.

The view from our room is superb; we can see Mount Fuji right from the window. It's conveniently close to Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchi. We love taking night strolls to enjoy stargazing, and staying near Lake Kawaguchi feels like the perfect choice for us!

The Host(s) were super kind to us; they were great with their recommendations and accommodations. They even helped us with scheduling a taxi ride. They offer bikes (and e-bikes) to rent on site which are super helpful if you did not travel by car. The room had lots of space and an amazing view of Mt. Fuji.

The views are amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very nice and helpful with any needs. I highly recommend for enjoying a peaceful retreat.
