I’ve stayed on many Airbnbs before— Europe, U.S and now Japan. Roo’s place in Tokyo was the most hospitable place I’ve ever stayed at. He is a wonderful host who knows how to make his guests happy and comfortable. He provides many amenities that most host don’t take time to bother— water, extra charges, laundry supplies, welcome snacks and more! His home is beautiful and very clean. He is nearby many restaurants and close to two train stations. Roo communicates and responds right away. I highly recommend his place for those that are looking for a place to stay with a family of 3 or a party of 3, but can sleep probably 4. Thank you Roo for everything!

幼児の娘の泊まりましたが、とても快適に過ごせて、価格以上の滞在ができました。 ◼️お部屋 写真よりも綺麗で、イメージよりもよかったです。ホストは隣の家に住んでいて、ゲストが泊まるお部屋は離れにあるので、プライベートな空間を保つことができます。お風呂、トイレなども全て離れに付いてます。 こたつもあるので、快適に過ごせました。 ◼️料理 朝夕のご飯がつきます。できるだけ添加物を使わないこだわりの田舎料理でした。特に手作りのアップルパイは生地から作っていたり、りんごとにんじんのジュースも美味しかったです。娘はお魚の煮付けが美味しくて、いつもあまり食べないのにたくさん食べてくれました。 ◼️ホスト ホストとの会話が楽しかったです（私は人と話すのが好きなので）。羽生の地域のことを教えてくれたりしました（会話したくない人はしなくてもいいと思います）。帰り際には安納芋の焼き芋もお土産でいただきました。美味しかったです。 年末ということで元々行こうと思ってた水族館が閉まってて、どうしようかと思って相談したところむさしの村という子供向けの遊園地が近くにあって、チェックアウト後そこに行きましたが、とても楽しめました。 ◼️敷地内 朝、敷地内で飼っている鶏を見せてくれたり、お庭を少し散歩させてもらいました。キャンプもできるスペースも広くあり、いろんな用途で滞在を楽しめると思いました。 ◼️アメニティなど 常時置いているのかは分かりませんが、お風呂のシャンプー、リンス、シャワージェル、ボディクリームなどがあって、女性にはとてもいいサービスだと思いました。ホスト手作りの化粧水（米ぬか）もありました（匂いは独特です）。 パジャマも常備されていたので助かりました。 ◼️宿泊におすすめの人 日本の健康的な田舎料理を食べて日本らしさを感じたい人、人の温もりを感じたい人などがおすすめです。 楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました！

とても広くて綺麗で過ごしやすかった。是非機会があればまた利用したい。 デメリットは駅からやや遠いことのみ。

가자마자 너무 친절하고 웃음도 많으셔서 긴장했는데 다행이라고 생각이 들었습니다.같이 식사도 하는데 재밌는 애기도 많이 해주시며 일본에서 도움 많이 되는 팁도 들었습니다. 방 상태도 매우 좋고 짐 놓을수있는 옷장도 있어서 넓고 쾌적하게 잘 쓰고 나왔습니다 가는날까지도 역까지 데려다주시며 간단하게 아침을 먹을수있도록 챙겨주셨습니다 처음부터 끝까지 만족하는 여행이였습니다 다음에 또 도쿄를 간다면 또 가고싶습니다

If 5 stars is the maximum these guys deserve 6! They booked bus tickets for us, made us breakfast, there are fab electric bikes at the property to rent. There’s an amazing view of Fuji from the living room and they’re just really nice with cute kids and super friendly dogs. Book it!!

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

Excelente lugar para los que visitan Disney. Puedes llegar caminando sin problema o bien tomar el bus que pasa en la esquina. En lo personal nos gusto la opción de ir caminando ya que pasamos por un río el cual está bordeado por cerezos.

デイズニーランドへのアクセスはバッチリ👌でした。バス停🚏も歩いて1分未満で到着。 チェックインの詳細も写真付きで分かりやすく、直ぐに入室できました。 コストパフォーマンスも素晴らしい👍 お薦めのお宿です。

This place was well located, in a very quiet area but about 15 min walk to many restaurants and stores and the train station. Check-in was easy, flexible times. the room was clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but on the small side, get ready to snuggle ;). There was a wooden bath on the balcony that we really enjoyed, it was our most relaxing stay of the trip. We liked Narita more than we expected. The temple is beautiful and the gardens amongst the nicest we saw. we spent some time at Aeon mall, so much good to choose from there! It was a great way to spend our last full day in Japan without stressing about getting to the airport.

非常适合去迪斯尼，因为住在这里我有了第二次来迪斯尼的冲动，不过不得不说谷歌的地图真的害人不浅，虽然房东已经告知地址不对但是真的导航了才发现离谱的厉害，另外我们是三个人，不知道为什么房东给我们的床是1.2的床，入住的时候和房东要确认下

食事も部屋も大満足でした。初回利用だったのですが、宿までのアクセスの説明であったり、到着後のコミュニケーションもとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです。 また機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。

Yuu-san welcomed me for the New Years holidays even though I made a reservation in the last moment. He and his family are very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the traditional New Year's meals and the musical selection every morning :) This artistic home is in a peaceful countryside area and great if you need to disconnect and find your creativity. Thank you for your hospitality!

Madoka and Kuero were great hosts! They make you feel right at home from the moment you step in. They also are amazing chefs and we enjoyed a balanced and delicious breakfast everyday of our stay. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Great location, peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants around the area including Madoka’s and Kuero’s café: MoguMogu. All the rooms are clean and pristine. It was always great to be able to fully relax at their place after all the long walking all over Tokyo every day. Thank you guys! We will miss you and we hope to see you again soon!

Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Jun and Kimi were excellent hosts, they made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The on-site private bath was very relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. Jun offered to take us to a hiking point before our check out time and we were able to see beautiful Mt. Fuji. He was very helpful in helping us get to our next destination with recommendations and giving us a ride to the bus station. I wish we had more time to enjoy the area.

Excellent stay for a night visiting Ito area. Host was friendly to share lots of information about things and places to visit and guided us on an early morning hike to the scenic areas nearby and served up a delicious breakfast afterwards.

Michiko and Miho's place is wonderful. it's essentially a snowboarding hostel run by the family, and has all the charm you could ask for. every breakfast and dinner is prepared, and is AMAZING. everyone gathers in the cafeteria, and after all the guests are fed, the family and staff all eat together. it all feels extremely genuine and unique, especially because it's primarily Japanese guests who stay there. they even provided rental gear, and arranged a ride to nozawa with a resident snowboarding instructor. I'd recommend this stay to anyone looking for a unique and wholesome excursion out of the major cities.

너무 편안하게 묵었습니다! 호스트 분들이 너무 친절하게 맞이해 주셨고 침실, 이불, 화장실, 욕실 등 모두 깨끗하고 정이 느껴졌습니다. 제공해 주신 조식도 아주 맛있었어요! 지불한 비용에 비해 과분한 서비스 였어요.. 너무 감사드립니다! 아침에 일어나 산책을 했는데 일본 시골마을의 모습과 바다, 과일나무, 벚꽃, 지나가는 신칸센 등이 한눈에 보여 힐링 애니매이션 속 풍경에 있는 것 같았습니다! 일본 여행의 마지막날을 이 숙소에서 따뜻함을 느끼며 보낼 수 있었습니다. :)
