Responsive host and co-host lives next door. Any questions were answered quickly. 15 minute walk from the train station but enjoyed the walk every time when we left or came back from the city. Place was clean and had all the amenities you needed. Thank you again

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this B&B and it was absolutely incredible. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything and gave clear instructions. They also stopped by on our last day to make sure everything was okay and brought us breakfast given it was an extremely snowy evening the night before. The B&B was exactly as it was in the pictures and was a really comfortable experience. The plus was that you could see Mt. Fuji right from the front porch on a clear day. The bus stop is right in front of the B&B so we didn’t have to drag our luggage too far. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with some great restaurants and konbinis located within a 15-20 minute walk from it. Would definitely love to go back and stay there again.

Extremely convenient location right next to two konbini, a major bus stop, a sightseeing cruise port, lots of food options (though in the evening, everything closes v early), stone’s throw to the lake itself, and a 5-10min walk to Hakone Shrine and the Torii gate. Pics and description very accurate, house spotlessly clean, and Shinobu a helpful and responsive host. We were four people and the house felt huge. Could comfortably fit 8-10 people and the value for money would be exceptional.

非常漂亮的房子，卫生状况总体很好，家具古色古香，装饰得很有品位，和一般特意改造用来做民宿的房子不同，可以看出房屋整体造价不菲。房间内备品充足。在一楼和二楼都可以看到富士山。即使室外达到零度在屋内也不会感到过于寒冷。如果有机会的话还希望入住。

I would recommend this place if you’re going to kawaguchi and need a place to stay. This place was great! The place itself felt like home. The space was spacious and they had a good bathroom. The free bicycles were also great for going around kawaguchiko. The hosts were also helpful and very kind. There was a pharmacy just a minute away, restaurants near the stay, it was also near the tunnel that goes through the lake to the city.

Kinji is a excellent host, very attentive with the guests and supportive. The location was good to connect with another lines of Tokyo metro and Disney parks.

Aya was the perfect host! As foreigners we weren’t able to call taxis and she was more than helpful with helping us get around by calling the taxis for us. She was always fast to respond and had great recommendations for things to do in the area! Her place was very cozy and clean! Would definitely book again if we are in Fuji!

非常好的房源，位于晴空塔附近，出地铁站步行5分钟左右即可到达。出门就能看到晴空塔。周边人不多，很安静，非常适合休闲散步。 房间非常干净，有阳台，住起来很舒适。推荐！

It was a very comfortable and a pleasant stay… No complaints at all….. The host responded immediately with the Wi-Fi issue we faced , hence thanks for that. Bakery in the vicinity of the shopping street was awesome, where we visited frequently

当日の午後に炭起こしと焚き火の準備を全部していただき大変助かりました。 部屋も広く綺麗で窓からの景色は写真よりもすごかったです。 周りも静かで非常に快適な時間を過ごせました。

Maple's place felt like home. It's very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more. Walking distance to good restaurants, near the train station and convenient stores. We loved the place & location. If ever we visit again, I would definitely book with Maple.

Place is very spacious. Got everything we need like washer, stove, microwave etc. 1 skyliner away from NRT airport. Very close to train stations and konbini. Very close to Ameyoko which is were we eat at every night.

大広間や複数のお手洗い、そして少し広めの浴室とシャワールームが１つずつあり、大人数の宿泊には最適です。また、ペット可でモーニングがいただける素敵な喫茶店やその他飲食店や温泉、そして美ヶ原や高ボッチといった早朝に雲海が見れるスポットが近くにあったのも最高でした。夜は星がとても綺麗に見えるのも素敵です。ただ、BBQをお考えの方は屋根がないこととガスを使用するものであること、別途料金がかかることには注意していただいた方が良いかと思います。キッチンは簡易なもので大人数で何かを作るといった用途には向いてはいませんが、バーカウンターとなっておりとても素敵な雰囲気を味わえるものでした。また、外には無料で利用できるバレルサウナもありました。総合すると設備、ロケーションに非常に強みをもった素敵な宿だったと思います。また機会があれば、是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

愛犬2匹と娘とお正月をゆっくり過ごしたく利用させていただきました 静かで目の前の池から鴨が飛び立つ音や鳥のさえずりとともに穏やかな時間をすごせました お散歩しながら海も感じる事ができ、とっても良かったです お庭もしっかり囲われているので犬達もフリーにしても安心でした 薪ストーブも初めて使いましたが、とっても暖かくて良かったです ダイニングテーブルがあればなお良かったなと思います あと、動物OKだからかもしれませんが、なんとなく動物臭というか、お家の匂いが気になりました また利用させていただきます

It was a great place to stay but really far from everything. We were also unable to reach a cab with taxi go or Uber. The only way we could get a ride was by calling a taxi service. It was also hard to explain the address to the taxi driver since we don’t speak Japanese. There was one time we did show the address of the Airbnb to the taxi driver and he took us far from it, we had to make a U-turn and guide him to the Airbnb. Other than that, it was a good, peaceful place.

家族全員で快適に過ごすことができました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

20人団体で利用。部屋数も布団の数もリビングの広さも申し分なく、自然の中バーベキューもできて料理もしやすくとても楽しく過ごすことができました。

My family and I had a great time at the cottage! It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our young son had a great time playing in the snow and staying warm by the fire. We also got to see lovely views of Mt. Fuji on our drive to the cottage.
