친구 셋이서 골프 겸 여행 가면서 이용했는데, 시내와 다소 거리는 있지만 저흰 렌트를 해서 그다지 상관없었습니다. 숙소 깔끔하고 2명 또는 3명이 사용하기 너무 좋습니다

Since city subway is well developed, so from Coco walking within 6 minutes to subway station, we could get to a lot of places of the city of Fukuoka easily especially city subway has the ticket system by using my overseas credit card to ride the subway unlimited trips daily for just 640 Yen. Hope the city subway will still have that unlimited daily trips offer when I come back in the near future.

리뷰가 없어서 의아한 곳! 항상 아고다에서만 하다가 롯폰마츠쪽에 묵고싶어서 에어비앤비로 처음 예약해봤는데 너무 좋았어요👍 무인이라는 점 때문에 다른 호텔에서 할 수 있는 캐리어맡기기가 안돼서 아쉬운 것 빼고는 저희한테 위치도 시설도 너무 좋았어요! 롯폰마츠쪽에 묻을 생각이라면 다시 이 숙소 이용할 것 같아요!

Nice place for stay Enough space for 6 persons But can simply the registration procedure

장점 역세권, 바로 근처에 편의점, 100엔샵, 익스프레스등 편의시설 많음. 근처 공원있어서 러닝좋음, 가성비 갑. 그냥 호텔급.

Location is easy to find, place is clean and instructions to check in and out were clear.

予定していた駐車場が使えなかったのですが、迅速に対応いただいたおかげでスムーズに別の駐車場を使用することができました。 子ども達が念願の二段ベッドで寝ることができて大満足の滞在でした。

Très réactive, le logement est propre et très silencieux ! Le lit très confortable et les draps très doux ! Très bien placé à côté d’un izakaya. C’était génial !

The place was conveniently located, within minutes of the subway. The room space was just nice for 3 person. The amenities provided were also sufficient. The room was clean and overall, it was a good stay.

위치도 좋고 주변에 먹을곳이 많아서 편했습니다.

洗剤やトイレットペーパーなどの消耗品もあり、そのまま泊まれる。 ベットも柔らかく寝心地が良かった。

🇰🇷🇰🇷 2025년 03월 07일에 한국인 남자 3명이 방문했습니다. 도진마치역과 오호리공원에서 가깝기 때문에 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 인근에 마트와 편의점이 있어서 좋습니다. 화장실이 협소하기 때문에 처음에는 낯설게 느껴지지만 하루만에 적응이 되었습니다. 침대가 가장 큰 문제입니다. 침대 매트리스 아래에 있는 나무판이 지나치게 얇습니다. 사람의 체중을 견뎌낼 수 있을까 걱정이 되었습니다. 우리가 머물고 있는 중에는 침대 매트리스 아래의 나무판이 파손되지 않았지만 소리가 좋지 못합니다. 이 숙소는 저렴한 가격에 머물 수 있다는 장점이 가장 큽니다. 남자 3명이서 저렴한 가격에 머물 수 있는 숙소이기 때문에 다른 한국사람들에게도 추천합니다.

I should have stayed in this place more! The facilities, like toilet, kitchen, are all like new and very clean! I love it!

在此房源入住6個晚上，第一天下午兩點過後提早去寄放行李，房東非常快速回覆，讓我們寄放行李相當順暢。 房源與照片及房東敘述相符，溫馨舒適設備齊全，且交通非常方便，搭乘JR只要10分鐘不到就可以到博多車站。比起博多車站附近，我更喜歡南福岡的氛圍，靜謐且不擁擠！南福岡車站有24小時超商，還有藥妝店，附近還有Lawson,相當方便。整體來說，下次再到福岡還會選擇入住此房源！

1泊8人で利用しました。広くて清潔で大変満足しました。今ではあまり馴染みのないレコードも体験できました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

房源地點方便，周邊有24小時超市，可採買生活用品。 感謝房東提供舒適的居住環境。

생각보다 넓고 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요!!! 어른 6명이 충분히 지낼수있었고 넓었어요!! 무엇보다 깨끗한것도 최고였어요!! 침구류도 푹신푹신 좋아서 잠도 잘잤어요! 추천합니다!!

가족 모두가 만족스러워한 숙소입니다:) 하카타역까지 도보로 가능해 여행이 편했으며 근처 편의점, 마트가 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 신축 건물에 우수한 청결과 무엇보다 주변이 시끄럽지 않아 자는데에 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카에 방문한다면 이용할 것입니다!

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻

일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 집같이 편안했습니다! 주변도 이쁘고 평화롭고 숙소도 깔끔했습니다! 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다☺️
