友達の誕生日に20人超で利用させていただきました。 施設の設備や清掃状況全て文句なしです！始まって日が浅く掲載されている写真が少なく多少の不安点はあったのですが、全ての施設が期待以上のものでした。 またホストの方の対応も迅速でこちらの都合に合わせ柔軟に対応してくださいました。 ただ一つだけお隣との距離があまり離れておらず、22時前でも(自分のたちの時は20時ごろ)外のBBQ場で盛り上がった際に警察を呼ばれてしまいました。 ただ室内でも十分楽しめるので、夜が更けてきたら中のカラオケルームに移るといいのかなと思いました。

とにかく快適で、清潔で、文句のつけどころがありませんでした。 わからないことがあった時に連絡してもすぐに返信してくれるため、不安要素がなかった。 BBQもできるし、近くには海もあり、コンビニが近くにあるため非常に便利でした。 夏にまた行きたいと思います。

great place and location. location is very convenient to public transportation. 5 min way, if that, to train station. the area is very buzzing and the typical Tokyo vibe. the space is nice and fit all our guests. traditional Japanese style house. the hosts are very responsive and accomodating. would recommend staying here

Koji was such a great host. He knew I was coming with small kids and had snacks ready for them (snacks his children like as well) as well as a few drinks in the fridge. The house was in incredible condition. Pristine. It honestly looked like we were the first people to use it. He has an incredible guide and website for us to use with local restaurants. shops, and more. QR codes around the house with instructions as well as English translations. Very extremely detail oriented and made it so everything was easy to find. By far the best Air BnB experience I've ever had. The roof play area was so cool as well as the little teepee in the living room. My kids loved the Nintendo switch as well. I wish I had booked it longer. Trainstation was a very easy and close walk.

Chika’s place was perfect for my family of five (2 adults, 3 kids age 4, 9, 12). It’s tucked away and very quiet and yet in the heart of the best shopping district and extremely convenient location with a 7/11 and some of the best restaurants literally 1 min walk away or across the street (Maisen tonkatsu, kintan), best luxury shopping (Hermes, LV, Rolex, etc), Kiddyland, Harajuku short 10 min walk, and subway a short 5 min walk away. Her futon style beds in the sleeping room were extremely comfortable and we all slept in the same room (better suited for a single family unit). We arrived very late (11pm) and Chika greeted us in person to show us around and things are labeled in English. It is more traditional Japanese style accommodation (older Japanese style bathing room, no dishwasher, futons) but with much appreciated amenities (washer AND clothes dryer, powerful heater in every room). Only suggestion might be to have dressers to put away clothes.

施設が広く、清潔でとても満足でした。サウナ、水風呂も非常に良かったです。また是非泊まりたいです。

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable and cozy, especially once the log burner was going! The location is convenient - just a few mins walk from the station, there’s a 711 and supermarket close by and has good access to local hiking trails. We look forward to returning in green season as it’s within walking distance of the Akigawa river, one of our favourite places to swim in the summer! Will come again.

我和太太住了9晚，所有屋主也安排得很好，客廳比較小，但已足夠我們兩個的日常，睡房很大，暖氣也十分足夠，浴室的水力十分好，抽氣也很不錯，唯露台位置比較狹窄，我們也有在廚房弄簡單吃，廚具也很足夠。 第二日早對面很早便有樓宇裝修比較吵，其後幾天也安靜了。走約3分鐘便有一間7-11便利店，我們每日也有購物，再走2分鐘便到大街直到地鐵站，大街有很多生活店和食店。北千住地鐵站是中型站，所以出去城市也很方便，地鐵站上有個大型商場，另一面出口也有另一大型商場和街上有很多超小型的居酒屋，很可愛，也有不同食店，超市等。 如活動安排多在台東，淺草，上野等，十分直得推介。

4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓은 공간이었으며, 주방과 욕실 등에 필요한 물건들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 아무런 불편없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 따뜻하고 포근한 잠자리와 조용한 주변환경 덕분에 잘 잘 수 있었구요. 호스트님이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 대응해주신 것도 너무 감사했습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 뵙고 싶습니다. 건강하십시오~~

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

Great location. Super short walk to station for the Yamanote line. Conbini was location near the station was perfect for grabbing snacks on the way from a day of exploring the city.

While we only stayed briefly, Ushka's stay was the highlight of all our stays during our trip. Before we had even arrived, Ushka had sent me a message letting us know that she had provided us with a pile of snacks and cup noodles if we were too tired or busy to organise getting food out. Pippin's Inn is a comforting, clean, and charming little stay that makes you feel right at home. All the amenities are at your fingertips and the neighborhood and local walk is wonderful. My partner and I were upset that we didn't have more time to spend at Pippin's Inn, and should we venture to Japan again we would love to stay for a second time. We absolutely recommend Pippin's Inn and Ushka's lovely hosting abilities. And we also recommend saying hello to Pixel while you are there.

What an amazing stay in Shinjuku. This house is located in a neighborhood that is next to some of the skyscrapers of Shinjuku which by the way you can enjoy q view of from the balconys! Incredible! Train Stations are very close by! Host was amazing and communicated very timely!

Nothing short of the best stay in Tokyo. We were visiting the city because our son lives and works here. This apartment fitted us all. It is very pleasant decorated and the hosts really made an effort to make us very welcome. They picked us up at the busstation and the fridge was packed. The beds were comfy. We all liked this accommodation. We saw a lot from Tokyo , and we visited the restaurants, they were all good or very good. And in the neighbourhood we could do some groceries for breakfast and such. I am quite sure that everybody will love staying here. So thanks for taking care of us.

It’s a nice walkable neighborhood with great selection of local restaurants, like oden restaurant and self-made noodles. Walkable distance from the JR station as well as Namboku line. The apartment is new and clean, with great decorations and full amenities of bathroom. I want to highlight that the bathroom has the function to dry clothes as well. The only reminder is that there are constructions going on next door, so it could be something to keep in mind if you want to stay in the apartment during the day.

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale dans ce logement ! Tetsuro nous a attendu à la station de métro pour nous conduire la première fois au logement: top ! Logement tout petit (avec deux enfants, on rentre tout pile), mais il y a tout ce qui faut ! En plein cœur d’un quartier résidentiel, donc très calme et éloigné des touristes. Mais à la fois très près de tout Tokyo grâce aux stations de métro et gares toutes proches ! Le logement est moins bien en photo qu’en vrai. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

It’s nice location just 5 mins by walking from train station! Suitable for adult not really suit with older. I would recommend for adult who seeking convenience place and quit zone for staying. Many supermarket/7-11 closer to house. Also many restaurants by walking. All perfect except heaters which works only bedroom and living room. The rest of area are so cold. If travel around summer time might be lovely!

Peaceful area with a station closeby. Used it as a place to rest at the end of a long trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. It’s really close to station train station making transportation easy and plus it’s walking distance from the skytree. The owner was very nice which made the stay so much better.

This is a quite street in a quite neighborhood close to the train station. Perfect place to enjoy Tokyo without being in the chaos. Very cute clean place to stay.

This is my 2nd visit for Yoshi-san listed house. As usual, it gives me surprises with so many amenities, facilities, tools which basically ease and facilite our 8-person trip so well. House is so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much Yoshi-san!

It was a perfect stay. The bedroom is on the first floor, so there’s no need to carry your suitcase upstairs, and there’s plenty of space to store it. I stayed alone, but it seems like it would also be comfortable for a group or family. The location offers a great chance to enjoy Tokyo’s shitamachi (old-town) atmosphere, and you can take a relaxing walk along the nearby Edogawa River while viewing the Skytree. Highly recommended.
