This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

すごく綺麗な部屋 オーナーさんも情熱です。 最初車の大きさで駐車できるが質問したら、道路のサイズ全て測ってくれました！ ワンちゃんつれて一緒に行ってるから、周り散歩も最高です！ コンビニもすごく近いです。 とてもいい体験でした。 ありがとうございます😊 非常非常干净好看的房间 房主也非常非常的热情 开始我问停车场的大小 房主把外面里面道路全部测量了尺寸给我 非常非常感谢 我带了狗一起居住 附近的环境也是非常好 走路3分钟就是很大的便利店 非常好的体验 感谢

Our group of 5 had a great time staying at Akira’s apartment! Although a little plain and removed from major tourist neighborhoods, it ultimately had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Would recommend for a group (5+ beds, 2 toilets, stocked with amenities). Quick walk to metro lines and convenience stores was also important for us. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

Nous avons tout aimé, L’emplacement dans un petit quartier calme, proche du métro. Le logement est spacieux et confortable et l’hôte est très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu au prix plus que correct étant donné le secteur. Le Lawson juste en face a permis d’acheter le petit-déjeuner du matin et autres produits de dépannage. Nous étions en famille et nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps.

あいにくの雨でしたが、広く綺麗な室内で仲間たちと楽しい思い出を作ることができました。また、チェックインの時間を調整してくださるなど、大変親切な対応をしていただきました。またの機会がありましたら是非よろしくお願いします！

施設はとても綺麗で快適でした。サウナもすぐ温度が上がり、ロウリュウも存分に楽しめる、とても良いバレるサウナでした！タオルもひいてあったので快適です。ガスグリルもとても使いやすく、火力もあったので問題なくバーベキューを楽しめました。おすすめです！

素敵な古民家で楽しめました。 また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

すごく素敵な施設で夏にまた行きたいです！

チェックインは自動ロックでしたが、直前に必要情報などをすべて送っていただいたので、問題なく入れました。一日目はあいにくの雨でしたが、室内の暖炉を堪能することができ、二日目に晴れると二階のガラス張りの寝室に日光がさんさんと差し込んで、とても気持ちが良かったです。周りには個性的なお店やレストランがあるので、車で色々と出かけるのも楽しい場所です。また再訪します！

初めての民泊体験でしたが期待を大きく上回る体験でした。 室内はキレイで、貸切なので完全にプライベートな空間でくつろげます。 目の前の公園からのスカイツリーの眺めが最高な場所でした。 色んな場所に行きやすい場所なので、次は長期滞在したいです！

友人18人で飲み会として利用しました。チェックイン時に周辺のお店まで教えてくださったり、餃子をつくると事前にお伝えしたところ調味料を新しく揃えてくれたり、フライパンを増やしてくれたりなどとても親切でした！ 18人だとベッドも十分でした！立地的に道路の目の前なので2段ベッドの上の人は少し揺れますがフカフカのベッドだったので寝れました。近くにはマイバス、セブンイレブン、西友があり10分ほど歩けば安いオーケーストアがあるのも有難いです。 また、カードゲームもそろっていてみんなでリビングで過ごすには十分な広さでした。炊飯器も10合炊けるものが2つあるのも本当によかったです。 今まで何度かエアビーを利用していますが一番満足いくエアビーであり今後も使いたいと強く思いました！

Wir haben wunderbare sechs Nächte hier verbracht. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt und gleichzeitig sehr ursprünglich. Zwei Bahnhöfe in Laufnähe, zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei jeder Frage sofort weiterhelfen können. Klare Empfehlung!

Very nice home modern, well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, i loved that she put all the most modern equipment, washer, dryer, shower everything you need and 3 minute walk to a “family mart” store, thanks so much for sharing this perfect hone

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, home was exactly as described and the neighborhood was super walkable and convenience stores close by.

Walking distance from the train, we follow the instructions from host is was very easy to found it. Host was very friendly, reply very fast and recommended a lot of local food to us. We have 2kids travel with us, inside the room there have a lot of toys. Room very clean and comfortable, highly recommend!

it was a very nice stay, there’s a station nearby that’s like a 5 minute walk and a 7-eleven close by as well. Place was clean and enough space for 3 people, would definitely stay again :)
