ほたかさんもご家族の皆様もとても親切でフレンドリーで、こちらの状況や要望に寄り添って頂き感謝しています。到着の日から美味しいお茶を頂き、その後も沢山おもてなしをしてくださいました。お部屋もとても素敵なお部屋で、ワンフロア貸切ではありませんでしたが、快適に過ごしました。駅からも近く助かりました。

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

가족여행으로 처음 도쿄를 방문하게 되면서 예약을 하게되었습니다. 깔끔한 숙소와 피드백 부분이 빠르며 좋았어요. 다만 아쉬운점 편의점 부분이나 역까지가 거리가 (아이들과 어른같이 방문)아쉽다라는 부분빼고는 완벽합니다.앞에 자판기가 있지만 장보고 들어오기까지 무거운짐이 있으므로 조금 힘들었습니다. 하지만 주택가라 조용하고 안락하고 너무 좋았어요.

Ryoto was so responsive even late at night (which was necessary because of the huge time difference to the US). She was also so friendly, beyond just giving information, even when questions were (admittedly) a little pesky. Incredibly kind and flexible. The 3 floors were surprisingly an asset to our trip with our group of 5 because it was easier for people on different sleeping schedules.

9人で宿泊させて頂きました。 立地も駅から近く、ローソンの上とわかりやすかったです。 室内は白を基調とした空間でとても清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

Great hosts; very responsive & helpful with recommendations. Loved the hospitality. Home was as mentioned & had all the necessary equipment. Quiet location to come home to after spending the day at the big suburbs ie Ginza , Shibuya etc. Short walk to KitaIkebukuro station which has good connectivity on the JR lines. Highly recommended!

This was an awesome little place to stay while we were in Tokyo for 5 days. Although it was smaller than expected, everything was great. The included toiletries were nice and the host was very and quickly responsive. I did wish they had a TV, and the washer/dryer was difficult for English speakers to figure out. But other than that it was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

I can to Japan 10days this is the most I rest well & nice environment place Nice owner very friendly to explain home decor , use system to control heater Outside Aeon outlet very big , any wan to buying can reach it , very convenient. Very nice , next time come to japan will booking back this house .

寝床も多く部屋も広いので十分に寛ぐことができます。 BBQも一部道具や資材が持ち込みにはなりますが炭でできるのは良かったです。 サウナも広くプライベートな空間のため満足感あります。

安かったし、対応も大変良かった。また、アメニティも充実しておりいい。 駐車場やスーパーも近くよかった

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fantastic Stay in Tokyo! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was important for our family. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo!

Perfect hostess, so friendly and helpful. Met us from our transfer and showed us around the property and how everything worked. explained the local trains and how to get to the locations we needed . House was as described , very easy to get to Koiwa Station and then onto places like Shibuya , Shinjuku, Akihabara etc . local Korean restaurant (2mins walk) serves great food and cold beers/wine and is very reasonably priced, supermarket, 7/11 , Lawsons, Family Mart.... all within 4 min walk. overall a great stay and we thank Qiao for her hospitality, fruit and beer that was gifted and the lift to the station, we would highly recommend a stay with her to anyone.
