Great place! If you're on the fence, just book it! We traveled with 2 adults and our children( ages 14-21). This place is beautiful, inside and out. There was enough space and beds for all. Some restaurants and a pizza place near by. There is no phone signal, but the wifi worked well and we could all use our personal devices in addition to the TVs. Perfect location to stay while exploring Sequoia. I wish we could've stayed more than one night! Hands down my favorite Airbnb to date. Thank you, Linda!

We had never been to Lake Isabella before this visit and now we cant wait to return. Check in was easy and efficient. The house is cozy with plenty of extra blankets and towels. The backyard is the real mvp. We really enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi and bbq. Located a 2 min drive from the lake and 5 min from groceries. Mikel was helpful and responsive at all times and we are excited to visit again! Thank you!

Very peaceful property. It was so nice to have that huge plot of land to ourselves. I loved how close to nature it all was. Exactly the kind of peaceful vacation my family and I needed. Very nice property and the heating worked well so we didn’t suffer from the cold at all.

This spot is great for big groups, as we had 5 rooms our family could split, and an option for more rooms at additional cost (access to lodge bathroom with rental of 1+ of these added rooms). Each hotel-style room had its own bathroom with shower. Kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to use to make meals, and there is a charcoal BBQ for use as well. There is a small park walking distance as well as a general market for last minute supplies, or you can drive a bit further for more options. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely home, able to visit with family and friends in a very nice location. Our host was very hands on and prompt with requests and needs. Will rent again when family in town.

Shannon’s place was perfect for us. It was a few minutes away from the famoso dragstrip. The place was easy to find as well the house was exactly how it is described. We had a great experience would definitely book again.

Hailey was so welcoming! She arrived with sourdough bread and local fresh oranges! She offered to give us the key to the laundry closet which was so helpful for how we packed! She went above and beyond as hostess. House was so cozy and comfy. We waited each morning and each night for the turkeys to walk by! So comfortable, felt like home, it was hard to leave.

Although I've stayed in several Airbnb's, it's always been with a group. This was my first time being the renter and I couldn't have picked a better situation to be my first. John was honestly awesome. To start, he's very selective on who he rents to. He took time to understand the purpose of my trip to ensure that his property was a good fit. John provided step by step detail to ensure we had a smooth transition into the property. The property was 100% as described. Very close to Kernville which included restaurants, grocery stores and tourism options. Quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the beautiful Lake Isabella! During my stay John was extremely attentive and responsive to text messages and phone calls. He even arranged for maid service mid stay while we were out of town. It's safe to say that John went above and beyond our expectations as a host. He's truly a superhost. And someone I plan on staying in contact with as a friend.
