Terrific Stay! This was my family’s first trip to this area. We came to Three Rivers to visit Sequoia, much like others I’m sure. It was so easy to check in and we felt right at home:) We appreciated how clean the home was, and at the same time very cozy and well decorated. Perfect size for a family of 4! Also liked how walkable it was to several restaurants and the very yummy Reimers chocolatier:-) Joyce was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly to all messages, and went above and beyond to give us out-of-towners info on the park and other local things. We can’t wait to come back someday, Lord willing! Thank you Joyce:-)

This was literally the BEST AirBnB we have ever stayed at—no question! The house is in an incredible location, private but convenient to Sequoia National Park and Three Rivers. But the home itself was just beyond gorgeous. The thoughtful decor was the cherry on top of a gorgeous mid-century modern home. The outdoor dining area was stunning and we loved listening to the river from the wrap-around porch. But the game room for the kids might have been the biggest win—they LOVED it!! We never wanted to leave, but felt so lucky for having this place as part of our vacation memories.

The place was amazing! My family & I enjoyed it very much. There were many activities for children to do indoors and the adults enjoyed the treadmill. ☺️ there was ample space. We would love to go back. Everything was perfect.

We spent a long weekend getaway at Pete’s with our children. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is very close to everything but also secluded in a private neighborhood tucked back away from the main road. It had every single thing we needed and way more. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch. We would absolutely stay again. Pete was a great host- he was easy to communicate with and gave very clear instructions.

Fantastic house in Californian wilderness, but easy accessible. The place was our starting point to Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks. Spacious, bright, comfortable and cozy to stay in. highly recommended in every way. Excellent communication with the host.

Maureen and CJ were excellent hosts. Very responsive and eager to help resolve any issues that may come up. The outdoor space available is very large with essentially two large areas. The first area has a basketball/racquetball court along with multiple firepits, multiple gas/wood BBQ's, wraparound bar with TV and sound system and a heated pool and hottub with dazzling lights at night. The second area is a massive open space grassy field with pergola and both large areas have beautiful palm trees that look almost like giant pineapples. Just gorgeous palm trees laid out in a decorative and sensible manner for both areas. Our whole family enjoyed the outdoor spaces so much. The house itself is also very nice, clean and well appointed with a large garage, large master, comfortable bedding, and large open concept common area/kitchen that opens to the outdoor space. This was a great choice for our kids birthday party and one of the only listings with a heated pool.
