My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Kids got a day at the beach. Zoo was about 15 minutes away and sea world (I would have skipped) was 5 minutes away. Wednesday night ocean beach has a farmers market about 3/4 of a mile away. we walked down and we found delicious food for dinner, fresh produce, clothing and art. it was awesome. would highly recommend blue water seafood, you can either walk down the beach or on the sidewalks to get there and Benedict's for breakfast( it's so close and delicious we went there twice. pro tip--if your stay is for a few days or longer walmart will deliver groceries. if we ever return to San Diego this will be the place we will stay!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

We loved our stay! The pictures, description, and positive guest reviews are accurate: this is a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and stunning views. It was perfect for our family trip (three people) and could accommodate a larger group, too. The location is close enough to local restaurants/activities without being so close as to hear the commotion. We saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and even spotted a whale! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved Imperial Beach. We toured the entire area and this was by far the best. The accommodations were wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Cary and Stuart were accommodative, helpful, and friendly. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The Airbnb is exactly as advertised in a great location with lots to do!

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you Warren.

This was our third stay at a Sea Point condo, and when we return to the area, and we will look for this unit first. It has an ocean view from both levels, it is very nicely upgraded, it is quiet, and our Thanksgiving stay was delightful. Prior to arrival our contact was host Catherine, and while there our contact was her property manager John, and both were very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you to both.

The view was fabulous!! Just what I needed for a quick get away and time to myself. There was a little snag when I first checked in but Cassie Kasey and Rosa were phenomenal in responding and getting things straightened out right away. And they were all so kind and helpful -going above and beyond to make sure my stay was what I hoped for it to be. Top notch host and cleaning team!! Thank you all for a great stay

We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

The Pelican Penthouse was a 2 story, gorgeous unit with 3rd row views of the ocean. At night you could even hear the waves crash from the master br. All the staples such as TP, paper towels, beach towels, Ninja coffee pot, water kettle, coffee bean grinder, coffee filters, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Great balcony. Never aloud to have more than 7 people in the unit at once which meant we could not host a dinner as wished for nearby family. I recommend looking at the complex on a map with an Ariel view to best understand which entrance to use for the directions included with registration and your general way around. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the beach couldn’t be closer. Loved the underground parking, pool and hot tub. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 0.6 miles. Cedros Ave. is a must visit and walking distance. Also located near an Amtrak station that is unreal quiet! Will return soon! The host went out of her way to accommodate us at 12am

We had a fantastic stay in San Diego! The home is beautiful and located in a fantastic spot. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the grand view beach staircase access. This is my second time staying in this home, and I can’t wait to return and visit again soon.

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs. Myself, my friends, and family have all stayed here multiple times due to the large space for guests, walkability to the beach and restaurants, and overall fantastic location! Amy is always extremely helpful and is a fantastic host! I highly recommend her spot!

Evan's place was a fantastic spot to unwind and reflect. I was dealing with the recent loss of a family member, so this was more than just a getaway for me. The sound of the surf really calmed me, and as a vacation spot it would be difficult to improve on his place. I hope to return when I'm in a more centered frame of mind.

Lovely view of ocean and racetrack in a spacious, clean condo. Great location near the quaint town of Del Mar and the city of San Diego. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes within minutes away. Brigantine is our favorite, especially for seafood. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Coffee too! Access to washer/dryer helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Sean ’s place. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and close to the beach. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back!

Great stay. The location was wonderful...steps from the beach and full ocean views from the living/dining room. Home was very nicely appointed and comfortable. A couple of things to note: The primary bedroom is in a loft with open walls to the dining/living room so not completely private. Also, we encountered a number of small malfunctions including the chandlier in the dining room, the ice machine and water filter not functioning and fuses being blown (you cannot use more than one plug-in appliance at a time). The appliances were not up to the quality of the rest of the home though we were told the the refrigerator may be replaced. However, the management was excellent and quick in addressing any issues that came up.

This was a beautiful condo on Pacific beach with amazing beach sunset views. We could easily walk down to the beach and our baby and toddler were entertained by looking at the beach as well as looking at themselves in the many mirrors inside the unit. There was a reserved parking space (gated) and facilities to wash off the sand in the shared garage. Daniel was a helpful, informative, and accommodating host. They also provided a pack n play, beach toys, and beach towel for us which were very helpful. There were also boogie boards and beach chairs available, which we did not end up needing. We highly recommend this host and this condo, including for young families!
