The accommodations were way above expectations. Super clean. Spotless. Well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The house manager was responsive within minutes and even communicated proactively multiple times to make sure everything was okay. Location is excellent too. Walking distance to everything and very peaceful. Thank you for sharing your home.

AJ's place was a great fit for my family - plenty of bedrooms and lots of extras. A big plus for us was access to beach towels, boogie boards and wetsuits - less for us to travel with! AJ responded super fast and we loved the record player and records she brought over as an extra!

We are experienced Airbnb travelers, and it’s easy to say that Beverlee’s place ranks among the very best experiences we’ve had over the years. Not only is her home exceptional, but Beverlee herself is an absolute gem—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming. This was our second stay, and without a doubt, we’ll be back for a third!

We loved this house and the location, it was perfect! Loved that each room has a private bathroom. We are interested in coming back!

Jen's place was perfect for our family of 5 during Spring Break. She and Colin were super responsive and proactive in helping us get settled and providing recommendations. Not only was the place itself just as described, but they had it so well stocked with goodies for our family -- Gatorades in the fridge, coffee & oatmeal for breakfast, fresh fruit and cupcakes for the kids! They really went above and beyond. The place itself is perfect for families looking for a chill beach holiday. The game room was great for the kids. The deck was so nice to have coffee & donuts in the morning or to watch the sunset. And the hot tub was great to relax at night. Not to mention that you've got the beach within a short 5-10 min walk. We would definitely rent this place again.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming guest suite above the Nicole’s home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease—so warm, friendly, and helpful, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. The space itself was exactly as pictured: beautifully styled, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the personal touches and how approachable and genuine our host was. If we ever find ourselves in San Diego again, we’d absolutely love to return! Thank you Nicole :’)

Had a great stay at this property! This was seriously the coolest apartment. The decor is so stylish and fun, and the whole place had such a great vibe. The rooftop deck was a chill spot to hang out, especially at night and the life size chess was awesome! Having a bathroom for every bedroom was super convenient and made it easy for everyone to get ready without any hassle. The place was super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The host was very responsive, helpful, and so kind. One of the best hosts I’ve ever had! My questions were answered quickly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My family already wants to go back.

Chris was an amazing host! He had some great tipps and hidden spots in san diego, which definietly made the stay much better! Also the location was perfect to discover San Diego and the beach is maybe 7 minutes away from the appartement

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend away. Check-in was very easy and the place was exactly as described! This is a great location, everything is 20 minutes away or less! Sean was a very gracious host. He was very flexible with us requesting an early check-in, and he was extremely responsive! He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. We would gladly stay in Sean’s place again!

Where to start?! First of all, this home is exactly as described and depicted. Upon staying, I discovered that Deborah’s place is even more…so comfortable, well appointed, peaceful and relaxing. The guest wing offers privacy, but is just steps away from charming common areas. Continental breakfast is a lovely touch. One couldn’t ask for more! Deborah herself is delightful. She is welcoming and truly eager to assure total comfort. I am very happy to have met her and spend time sharing our life stories. Her place will definitely be on my preferred location if available. It should be everyone’s!!

Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

Incredibly charming bed and breakfast in an amazing location! Walkable to Hillcrest and just a short drive to many of the best spots in San Diego. The actual house is cozy and charming, everything you need for a home base exploring the city. There is also dedicated parking which is very convenient. Ann is an incredibly kind host, very welcoming and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay (including amazing recommendations). Highly recommend!

Katie and David are genuinely great people! Their place is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, and it is very convenient to go to both La Jolla and hillcrest, which is exactly what I need for daily commute. The room looks exactly like the picture, and there are lots of drawers and spaces in the room to put my stuff in an easily accessible spot. They went their way out to make sure guests have everything they need, such as a/c temperature, laundry detergent and even coffee! I stay very comfortable at their place and I will definitely book their place again if I come back in this area. Highly recommended to everyone!
