We had a lovely stay at James's place. It was comfortable and the neighborhood was walkable and close to where we needed to be. We didn't get to take advantage of the amenities in the backyard, but it looked wonderful!

My small work team and I had a wonderful stay at Terry’s Airbnb. There was plenty of room for everyone to have private space and for us to gather as a group. The property was well appointed and provided everything we needed—from games to kitchen utensils to coffee—and even some that we didn’t, like the hot tub, which you might enjoy. The location was also very convenient. I highly recommend.

I wanted to spend a few days relaxing with my family, and since it was my first time looking for accommodation, I was a bit stressed, not knowing exactly what criteria to consider. However, the choice turned out to be excellent. I found the perfect place that fully met our needs: a spacious house equipped with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a large garden in a quiet area. We had all the comfort we wanted and enjoyed a truly wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.”

Great place to hang out and relax in the hills for a vacation in San Diego. Plenty of space, huge yard, kids loved the pool. Quiet secluded location but easy to drive anywhere from here. Thanks Aaron!

An absolutely beautiful home with the hosts thinking of everything! It has everything you’d need (note- no dishwasher) but for an older building, the hosts have made every effort to make it beautiful and functional and it was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 kids. Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

The host and co-host were very attentive and responsive. The home was clean, organize, and overall great. Whenever we had any issues (small), we contacted them and they took care of it very quickly. My wife is very particular with vacation homes, hotels, etc. If she doesn't like it, we won't go back. She said she would come back to this home in the future. I concur. Thank you.

We loved the location and view! And the space was wonderful as well. So pretty much perfect all around. If I had to make a small complaint, you can hear some of the noise from the 2nd floor residence but I guess that is to be expected since the room is on the 1st floor.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

Awesome place to stay near San Diego! The hot tub and pool were incredible and we were glad we allocated some time for just relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was as described, clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The hosts were responsive and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would absolutely stay here again. I do encourage anyone visiting to thoroughly read the house description and rules so you're informed about the policies. It's a quiet neighborhood so not a place to stay up late partying.
