Kim’s place was exceptionally nice and roomier than I thought it would be. All of the amenities were terrific and the surrounding area was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

This was such a perfect family vacation. The employees were so friendly and helpful. There were so many things to do for the kids and family. The views were incredible and so close to the beach. We will 100% be going back. It fit out large family comfortably and we were so relaxed and happy. They even had a fun party to ring in the new year. It was a perfect stay.

El único detalle es que los vecinos de abajo se quejan del ruido aún cuando estamos solo caminando y haciendo las actividades normales, por lo que creo que es muy fácil que se oigan sonidos hacia el depa de abajo, así que tienes que estar caminando con cuidado y en puntitas prácticamente

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

This place had everything you’d want. We had five adults and one kid. Complimentary coffee and tea, amazing location…. Will stay here again.

Incredibly friendly and accommodative, especially for a last minute booking. Even offered assistance with LEGOLAND tickets which we gladly accepted. Definitely worth the trip and will stay again.

After our travel plans fell through, Kim saved the day by setting us up with accomodations during opening weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack. The resort was fantastic and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Don't hesitate - just book it!

The place was clean and check-in was easy. Great location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The ocean and beach are also very close by.

What an incredible stay for us! The space was amazing and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfection with so much to do nearby and close to freeway to get anywhere. The amenities were terrific and we enjoyed the pool, gym and free laundry. Highly recommend Kim’s place! We will be back!

Second time around staying here! This time we enjoyed the amenities with playing billiards and ping pong in their game room. Property is nice and clean and matched description perfectly. It was a very nice getaway. Next time we’ll take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi!
