Amazing place, very easy quick access to a great beach with complementary day beds. Pool was very nice also. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near the beach - walking distance (under 10 min) to all the best spots

You could tell a lot of care is put into this place. It is such a gem! Host is very responsive and at your service all the time. We even asked to bring the breakfast we ordered to the rooftop and they did it without a problem. The place itself is paradise!

Our stay at Villas Géminis was exactly what we needed. My friend and I were in Tulum for a short amount of time, arriving later and leaving quite early, so having the space available and in such good condition was so appreciated! The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive and helped us sort out a few different things, excellent communication. The space is very comfortable and we really appreciated access to the bikes to get down to the beach. Thank you again for all of your help during our stay. It was a wonderful experience.

The location is perfect if you want to walk to restaurants/bars/liquor stores/shops. It was a 15-20 minute bicycle ride to the beach and ruins. Bikes were complimentary which was a huge plus! The WiFi wasn’t great, but to be expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport transport and it was seamless. We would definitely recommend this bnb to friends and family traveling to Tulum.

Hotel Ikal is absolutely beautiful. Being in the National Park in Tulum thread the needle perfectly between being in nature without a ton of hubub and also having a number of restaurants/bars you can walk to on the beach. Plus, if you're looking for more to do, you can always take a car ~20min to the more commercial area of Tulum on the beach (nightclubs, bars, shops, tons of restaurants). Hotel Ikal struck the perfect balance between rustic and quality. The staff was very attentive, the accommodations are lovely, and the pool (right on the beach) + ocean were just what we needed. Will definitely return.

Beautiful room and exceptional view of the ocean. Amazing shower with view of ocean waves crashing. Plunge pool was very private and felt luxurious while also relaxing in comfortable chairs on private deck. Best room on the property by far. Lovely sand pathways to private access to the well maintained beaches and short walking distance to the pool, hanging beds, yoga stage overlooking the ocean and restaurant. We loved it so much at check in we immediately booked a second night. We did switch rooms since this room was booked but loved this property. Unfortunately the following day we had a mishap with the front office. Complaint: the white/brown bracelets needed to access the hotel & park was not provided—even after asking, it is a service they do provide. He directed us to the ruins instead. This persons caused an enormous delay in our plans and a lot of headaches because they did not offer them at the ruins. It was extremely offensive at checkout the he was offering them to guests

Place was really nice. Pool amazing! Love that it had a restaurant/bar and gym located inside downstairs (unfortunately we weren't there long enough to use either). Not much around walking distance but cool if you have bike/scooter. I've been to Tulum a few times and they are building this area up - I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT AS IT GROWS. I only gave low stars for pricing because compared to the place we were staying before coming to this location, we paid for 2 nights what we paid for one here (both had rooftop pools). Oh! And there's a concierge here who was amazing. Everyone seemed super friendly. I'd come back.

This was the most amazing place to stay in within Tulum! It’s absolutely beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are great, the kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a fridge, sink and an island with plates, cups, bowls, utensils and even wine glasses! The shower was lovely after a beach or pool day and the water was nice and hot and refreshing! The pool was divine, and often made it hard to leave to go to beach, but the beach was a quick drive away (within 7 mins and we were by the ocean) so we got to do both pool & beach on most days. The staff at Otonomus was delightful and so kind. This was a really special trip for us and the staff made it feel so perfect. We will definitely be coming back to Otonomus and will be bringing all of our family and friends with us! BOOK here for your next Tulum trip, you will not regret it! <3

Mi estancia fue perfecta. La cama era súper cómoda y el área de la piscina es ideal para tomar sol tranquilamente. Al principio tenía algo de preocupación por la zona, pero las calles están recién reparadas y, además, la ubicación es excelente: cerca del pueblo y de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento, proporcionándonos información útil sobre lugares cercanos como renta de motos, farmacia y supermercado. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar, ¡es una experiencia que sin duda repetiría!

Lagoon hotel was an amazing place to stay for my first time in Tulum. The place looks and feels exactly like it’s shown in the pics, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here! El hotel Lagoon fue un lugar increíble para alojarse para mi primera vez en Tulum. El lugar se ve y se siente exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, y el personal era todo increíblemente amable y servicial. Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse aquí!
