Fer es un súper anfitrión, todo resuelve al momento, atento a cualquier necesidad. El alojamiento está muy bonito, muy bonita la alberca 😍😍😍 Le doy un plus al internet, regularmente en esa zona falla sin embargo durante nuestra estancia funcionó perfectamente y eso que éramos muchos conectados 😁 Relajante, cómodo, agradable 10/10

We truly enjoyed the two villas for our week stay at Tulum. We couldn't of had a more convenient location. The major markets were minutes away along with the beaches and downtown. I appreciated the recommendations that Jadar sent us during our stay. My entire family had plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and cooking. We also took advantage of washing since we had traveled from another stay in Mexico. I also appreciated the water jugs that were there and a few cold drinks in the fridge. The air conditioned homes were great to return to after a tiring day out and about. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kristian's place to our family and friends and would return again ourselves.

Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

La terraza espectacular con su alberca privada, la vista que tiene es muy bonita, tiene una sola cama, sin embargo tiene un sillón muy largo donde pueden dormir hasta dos personas, muy limpio, me volvería a hospedar aquí si vuelvo a Tulum

Todo perfecto con este alojamiento la persona siempre estuvo al pendiente de los mensajes y tuvimos un issue con el Jacuzzi el cual resolvió de manera muy rápida.

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

Un lieu magique, une jolie palapa dans la jungle, spacieuse et confortable, avec sa cuisine séparée et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Loin des grands hôtels du bord de mer, parfait pour ceux qui cherchent le dépaysement et la tranquillité, mais qui aiment quand même le bruit des oiseaux 😉Quentin est très accueillant et disponible.

This was our second spring vacation we spent at Villa Silvestre and Loved it! It’s. Such a hidden gem in south Tulum. It’s a quiet little sanctuary which is well appointed, great pool, super sweet staff and Agustina is so helpful and wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Great place to stay! Convenient and semi-private parking. Large rooms. Quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, pharmacy & convenience stores! Extremely attentive to all questions and needs. Location convenient to both Tulum Beach and Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Magical! Casa Viejello is stunning, authentic, spacious, well stocked, comfortable, safe. I truly can’t say enough good things about it. Being that it sits on the Hotel Zamas property is a huge plus. You get all the benefits of a hotel, restaurant on site. Front desk/concierge services, cleaning. With all the privacy of a house. It is the best of both worlds. Plus your own large private pool. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook a beautiful meal or just go to the stunning hotel restaurant on the beach. Or even order room service from the bar! We had a large party hosted at the house that the hotel planned and catered that was absolutely perfect in every detail. Susan, the host, is simply the best. Responsive, helpful, a true delight. Of the many Airbnb properties I’ve stayed at, this is one I would (plan to) absolutely visit again. And again. Rent this house!

Une pure pépite ! Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans l’appartement de Rachel avec mon mari et nos 2 enfants et tout était parfait, la propreté des lieux, les équipements, la literie, la communication sur place avec Christina, les petites attentions pour que chacun passe un excellent séjour. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence privée arborée avec une belle piscine où il fait bon vivre et discuter avec les voisins. Il y a un dépanneur ouvert 24/24 juste à côté, très pratique. De bons restaurants, bars et une épicerie sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds ! Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’espère que nous reviendrons bientôt :) merci pour tout !

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back in the future!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Tulum sans voiture ! Nous avons pu se rendre à la plage à tous les jours en vélo (inclus avec le logement). Nous avons même visité quelques cenotes à 10-20 minutes de vélo du studio. Les ruines sont également à une distance de marche ou de vélo... Le studio était très propre et de l'eau potable nous attendait même à notre arrivée. La piscine rafraîchissante était parfaite pour démarrer ou terminer la journée. Le studio se trouve à quelques minutes à pied d'une grande épicerie (Chedraui). Bref! Tout était parfait. Merci !

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were quick to help with any questions or concerns. The place is walkable to shops though a bike would be ideal, or rental car. We ended up renting a car (American Car Rental worked out well), the walk got a bit much with kids. The pool in the complex wasn't very inviting, always had leaves in it, our kids didn't even want to swim there. I'd suggest bringing beach towels. It is off the main road far enough to not hear traffic, and most cabs knew the place to drop us off at. Mon Tulum. (Cabs are so expensive!) Miroslava is very nice and was a great host. If you're down to stay just outside the main town, and just back from the beach, in a quiet place, this is for you.

Awesome place, decent location, great stay. Really close to some nice restaurants and the downtown area of Tulum. The building manager on sight was helpful, but not the most welcoming upon arrival during our initial greeting. Pool was a great size for hanging out, however, it could have been heated closer to the night as it did get chilly. All in all, lovely stay if for groups if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable living space in Tulum!

Stayed with another adult and a 9 year old. We felt right at home. The place was cute and cozy, and we loved taking a dip in the pool on hot afternoons. The location is just far enough away from town to avoid the noise, but close enough to quickly get to everything. Communication with the host was fantastic, very proactive and responsive. Be sure to check out the food truck area just down the street!

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.
