Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila entre el pueblo y la playa, con tiendas de conveniencia / restaurantes muy cercanos. El lugar es tal cual las fotos, seguro y limpio. La atención de Angelina fue muy buena en todo momento. Sin duda regresaríamos!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-appointed apartment in Tulum. The space was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The building's amenities-especially the roof deck, pool, and gym-were truly top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: the surrounding roads are unpaved and unlit, so having a vehicle is highly recommended for easy access to town or the beach.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Amazing spot, I can’t describe how great it was, amazingly spacious great shower and bed, pool amazing and it had laundry machines, couldn’t recommend it enough 6 stars if that was possible

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

I had a fantastic stay at Tarik’s place! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a sophisticated touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect spot to unwind, yet still conveniently close to great food options and bike rentals. Tarik was an excellent host—very responsive and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Alojamiento bueno bonito y barato para una situación imprevista.

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.

Luis truly was the best host we could have asked for ! He is tolerant, helpful and very dedicated to offer his visitors the best vacation. He gave us many adresses to eat, get a good sunbath, cultural visits, and places to party that all turned out great for our group. If you are looking for a great experience in Tulum don't hesitate a second : Luis is your guy. We all thank him again for this unbelievable vacation and hope his next visitors enjoy their own as much as we did !

atentos a todo momento, increíble estancia

It was perfect for our family of 5, for our week long stay and the hosts were super responsive when we had questions! Location: Location was close to shopping and grocery. We rented a car but the shopping is walkable distance. House: There was ample room, and bathrooms, for all of us! They provided plenty of filtered water, that lasted our entire stay. There were individual ac units for each room.

Brendan's airbnb was a wonderful vacation home, absolutely stunning with incredible decor. Brendan was helpful in giving us a tour upon check in, and accomodating all of our requests throughout the duration of our stay. The space was exactly as described, even better in person. Extremely tidy and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, games, pool floaties, bathroom supplies and more. The property felt very private and safe on the inside, yet was conveniently located amongst many restaurants/stores/activities. We would highly reccomend this place and will be sure to come back again.

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

Very nice appartement. The bed was very confortable. Great towels. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. Very well decorated. The host is always available if you have a question. The check in is very easy. Hot water for you shower, a great kitchen to cook in, fantastic leaving room and a nice little patio. On site there is bbq area, pools, gym. I definitely will go back and I recommend 💯. Very quiet despite a bit of construction going a few meters. You hear the birds. Really nice place
