Luis truly was the best host we could have asked for ! He is tolerant, helpful and very dedicated to offer his visitors the best vacation. He gave us many adresses to eat, get a good sunbath, cultural visits, and places to party that all turned out great for our group. If you are looking for a great experience in Tulum don't hesitate a second : Luis is your guy. We all thank him again for this unbelievable vacation and hope his next visitors enjoy their own as much as we did !

My two daughters and I stayed at Casa Alejandra during our visit to Tulum. The villa was even better than the photos showed, it really was beautiful. The hosts had thought of everything, and the small touches were lovely, made us feel right at home! We had a few small issues with the wifi and pool filter noise however the team quickly resolved these and were incredibly communicative throughout Would not hesitate to recommend and if we find ourselves back in Tulum we will absolutely be booking again. Thank you!

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

Pictures on this listing do not do this property justice at all! We arrived early and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Also helped carry our bags to the villa with no hesitation. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect central location for people who want to enjoy downtown tulum as well as the beach strip. As far as transportation, the security guard was such a big help and called us a taxi at any time we needed and made sure we were okay and safe when returning to Villa late at night. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. We will definitely be booking again very soon. Thank you again to such amazing hosts!

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

We were delighted with our stay in every way. The house is beautiful, tastefully furnished, well equipped and well located, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. My friends and I had a fantastic stay here! Safe and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful courtyard, pool and scenery. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants/shops, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I also highly recommend booking a massage through them, they were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience.

Great location near Holistika where you can take yoga classes, and attend all kinds of wellness events. Quiet and away from the busy part of Tulum. The condo itself is very spacious, the grounds of the building and the pool are kept natural and simple but beautiful. Short walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops in La Valeta. We had a car so going to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent.

Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Michel's place was everything I was looking for in Tulum. I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is in a great and quiet location and was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time and were pleased with the accommodations. The space is larger in person and comfortably fit the four of us. We had a little difficulty finding the location but the host was responsive, even after hours, which we appreciated. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the washrooms had good water pressure. We felt safe and enjoyed the proximity to cafes and breakfast spots. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back!

Dans Place was extremely beautiful. You feel at peace the moment you walk in….its home away from home and a true oasis. I would definitely recommend Dans place to anyone visiting Tulum and looking for a beautiful place to rest. The only problem I had was the maintenance of the place….Which wasn’t really a big deal. It was clean, towels & linens were clean, however, the pillows were soiled and the remotes were dirty and sticky with food residue. Other than that, I felt at home. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Nous avons adoré ce logement juste à côté de la piscine. Déjeuner ou manger sur la terrasse avec toute la végétation autour et la vue sur la piscine est tellement agréable! L'appartement très propre et le complexe bien entretenu (la piscine nettoyée 2/jour!). Le logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour un court ou long séjour, le lit est confortable et la cour arrière avec le BBQ un plus. À distance de marche d'un grand supermarché, et de plusieurs bars ou restaurants. Finalement Lily est très réactive pour répondre gentiment à toutes nos questions ou nos besoins d'aide!

Amazing do not hesitate to visit Lilians place the private cenote is amazing my kids loved everything about adora close to beach and lots of restaurants the bathtub was great all the touches the condo has are just perfect ..the check in was smooth and very detailed they are always in touch with you .I’m a super host my self and they really did meet all the expectations and beyond ..loved loved loved wil be back ..

Excelente alojamiento con dos recámaras muy bien equipadas. Pantallas de TV en cada recámara. Cada recámara con su baño. Buen espacio en la estancia cocina y comedor. Equipada con lo necesario para cocinar algo. Acceso a roof garden azotea con sillas y camastro para asolearse y pequeña piscina (roof top pol) Además cuenta con alberca en planta baja. En general muy bien equipado y excelente atención de Leonardo. En todo momento estuvo atento a cualquier duda que tuviéramos.

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.
