Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila entre el pueblo y la playa, con tiendas de conveniencia / restaurantes muy cercanos. El lugar es tal cual las fotos, seguro y limpio. La atención de Angelina fue muy buena en todo momento. Sin duda regresaríamos!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Lupita’s place in Tulum. The kids loved the pool and we spent much more time lounging on-site the than expected. The complex was secure and within easy walking distance to both Tulum Centro and Aldea Zama.

L’appartement est splendide, avec une superbe piscine sur le toit accessible à tous, équipée de chaises longues et offrant une vue à couper le souffle. Il y a également une magnifique piscine privée, idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée sous le soleil. Nous avons fait appel aux hôtes pour quelques questions et recommandations : leurs réponses ont été rapides, claires et très aidantes. Un service vraiment appréciable ! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de 14 jours en famille, avec notre bébé de 6 mois. La chambre, en plus d’un grand lit confortable, offrait suffisamment d’espace pour installer un parc pour bébé. Deux climatiseurs, l’un dans le salon et l’autre dans la chambre, assurent une fraîcheur agréable tout au long de la journée. La propreté de l’appartement est irréprochable, un vrai point fort! Il y a également une présence de sécurité régulière sur place, ce qui ajoute un vrai sentiment de sérénité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, nettes Personal. Jedoch ist man mitten im Nirgendwo und die Taxifahrer wollten uns ständig abziehen! Die Straßen zur Unterkunft sind katastrophal also empfehle ich ein E Mountainbike oder ein SUV. Die Lage ist in Tulum nie perfekt, jedoch ist diese Unterkunft genau zwischen Beachzone und Stadt was ich perfekt fand. Preis Leistung ist wirklich super!!

The Airbnb was in the middle of Tulum which was awesome. Her place was clean and the front desk, staff was very nice as well. Claudia was very helpful in any communications that we needed. She was very quick to respond and help out. There are two pools, one on the roof and one in the first floor, which was very nice.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

Had an amazing stay at Villa Ooch for my bachelorette. Highly recommend chef chris and also thank you to sofia for being responsive and helpful. Super luxury villa, safe and clean would 100000 percent recommend. Thank you!!

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

5/5 Stars — A Dream Stay in Tulum! Casa Areca was everything we hoped for! The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute drive to Tulum’s stunning sandy beaches, yet tucked away in the serene Aldea Zama community. We felt completely safe with 24/7 security. The villa itself is beyond beautiful. The indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for soaking up the Tulum vibe, and the lush greenery surrounding the private pool creates a relaxing, tropical escape. The complimentary concierge service and house manager were excellent and really elevated the experience!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

I stayed at Brit’s place with a group of 4 couples! The experience was amazing! The property was accurately depicted. The best part that made the trip convenient was the house manager Asuncion! Everything we needed he promptly showed up and assisted. Brit was sure so stay in contact with me and suggested vendors to use.

Had the best time and a lot had to do with Lupita’s good recommendations for driver and chef but also restaurants. She helped us make reservations and get pizza delivered!

Hermoso departamento!! Eramos 9 personas y realmente nos sentimos muy cómodas. La ubicación es en Aldea Zama, cercano a bares y restaurantes de la zona. Recomiendo ampliamente el departamento para grupos numerosos.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, la temporada fue la correcta para visitar Tulum y Roberto la hizo una visita digna de recordar.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Luisa was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We used a bike rental place within the Luum Zama community called Lobas bike Tulum that made getting around very easy. The facility pools were beautiful and the community was nice and quiet while still convenient with lots of food options nearby. Our unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à Luis, notre hôte attentionné qui a littéralement fait des pieds et des mains pour nous aider à chaque petit besoin. Il s’est déplacé à plusieurs reprises pour nous dépanner, toujours avec gentillesse et rapidité. L’appartement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un soin remarquable porté aux détails — serviettes bien disposées, vaisselle complète, décoration soignée… tout était parfait pour qu’on se sente chez nous. Le complexe est magnifique, très sécuritaire, et la piscine est superbe et toujours bien entretenue. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % et je remercie sincèrement Luis pour sa disponibilité, son temps, et toutes ses petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence. Merci encore !

Tarik was super responsive and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations. The condo was in a nice neighborhood with some walkable, hip breakfast spots and centrally located for trips into town and drive to the beach road. The space was great for spreading out with bathrooms for everyone. Very Bohemian feeling style, comfy beds, soft bedding, and nice towels. A/C’s kept the whole place cool and comfy and wifi was good. Strong water pressure and hot water for 3 showers at the same time without running out. Such good restaurants in the area, we didn’t cook, but kitchen looked like it had everything we would have needed. Parking was easy, right in front of building. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Tarik!

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.
