Great home and served its purpose for our needs . Flexible check in and very responsive . The home is taken care of and is nice , but , it does look a little nicer in pictures . Overall great experience .

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Our family stayed here while we had work obligations in town and it couldn’t have been better! The pool was a blast for my 2yo and I loved having the hot tub after a long day. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again on our next work trip!

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in Austin for family trips and this one is the best ever! Zilker neighborhood is beautiful, safe and close to everything. The backyard pool and hot tub were divine- we even had an impromptu family ping pong tournament! everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Macr’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always quick to answer our questions and guide us when needed. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall a 5/5 stay! Very beautiful home in a peaceful location. But everything is still nearby! So many restaurants in the area. Went to a lot of the ones that the host recommended. The home was clean, the backyard was cute, felt safe and cozy. Internet was super fast too. Great communication from the host!

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

Very luxurious! I really loved the space, felt like a hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. The amenities made it all the more appealing. Easy access, great location, very clean and organized, host communicated everything in great detail so nothing was needed or questioned along the way. I look forward to returning!

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

We stayed for one month and had all we needed. Location was great, and walkable from the city. Close to restaurants and parks which was great with the Alli was helpful and responsive, overall great host. Highly recommended

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for spring break with our kids. Parents enjoyed relaxing and looking out the big windows while kids played in the pool and with a big tub of legos provided with other kids toys in one of the closets. I ad one question during our stay and it was immediately responded to. Would 100% stay again with our family.

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house! Kathryn is a wonderful host, I wish all hosts were as friendly, responsive, and helpful as she is. The house was very welcoming, and the pool and views are great. Hoping to come back in the future!

We had an amazing time in Austin, largely because of our stay at Sarah’s place. Her home provided a great base for exploring the city, since it’s close to all of the attractions/great restaurants. The house is well-apportioned and very comfortable. The pool was also a nice addition! Overall, Sarah was very accommodating during both check-in and check-out and treated our group with the utmost respect!!

excellent stay all around! perfect for a group and way cheaper than separate hotel rooms. no complaints and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s secluded nature home! The indoor space was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surrounding land is so peaceful. Mike was very helpful, responsive, and a great host! We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the Driftood area.
