Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here. The toys and fun things in the garage made this perfect for our family trip. The space is clean and beautiful. We were able to walk everywhere. Clear instructions as well. The coaster runs behind this unit and we were afraid it might be loud but we didn't hear it at all. Great bathrooms. The bunk beds are hard to get into for adults but would be great for the small kids. There are also games upstairs and a fireplace. The front porch is lovely. Heads up that you walk through the neighbors porch go get to yours so if you do have kids with you you'll want to plan for that. Trash was easy to get. Parking comes and goes but we easily got a Subaru Forrester in the garage each night. Thank you. so much, Greg!

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Sandhya’s place is a gem. Perfect spot within the complex and beach and very clean and comfortable. She is an amazing host and was super communicative throughout the entire stay. We were on a pseudo work trip and the spot was perfect with great wifi and a great view. Many thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to our next run to Oside. Epic host and person!!

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to the pier or to the marina. The rooftop deck was really nice. The fog rolled in more often than we were hoping for (February) but we made it work! The resort area is beautifully landscaped and the pathways were clean and smooth. There could’ve been more signs, tho, as it was confusing to find the pool, which floor to get off on the elevator, etc. But we figured it all out and considered it part of the adventure!

Great Place to stay! Second floor apartment with amazing views, you could see forever. Private but you, but you could watch the world go by. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiry when we needed them. Did I mention the VIEWS, and the sunsets🌅

We had a great time! The complex is gorgeous and right on the beach. We plan on coming back!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

Wonderful ocean front apartment with beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Walking distance to lots of dining places and short drive to Carlsbad and San Diego.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad! Having a wagon and beach supplies provided was so nice. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! The only thing we didn’t like was that the walls were thin and we could hear conversations of the people next door. Otherwise perfect!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

Extremely responsive management. Proactively reached out to check us in early. Charming house right on the water, you can dip in the ocean during low tide (or high tide if you're adventurous!). Enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely go again. 10/10 would recommend
