Our family had an amazing Christmas holiday here.The house was beautiful and decorated for the holiday. There was plenty of room for our large group and the hosts were extremely helpful.

This home is gorgeous just like the pictures. We loved this house its definitely in the top 3 of vacation homes that I have rented. The host was very responsive to any questions and requests. Location was great and close to everything we needed. Romi and staff also we so thoughtful found and mailed back a rather expensive item that I had left behind. They really went above and beyond... I would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious with plenty of bathrooms and amenities for our large group. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a very nice house with beautiful decor, a gorgeous pool, and a lovely living room. The landlord responds quickly to messages and is very responsible, helping us resolve all issues. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s but none like this one. We were pleased with everything about this Airbnb from location to accommodations. We wanted a place close to the beach but not too far from Disney. Our family vacation was absolutely made staying here. Would 1000% recommend spending the money on this place.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to LA. Nice and peaceful location, close to all the restaurants and the nice thing was the house has herbs we love to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Al & Leslie’s house. The house is so interesting and unique - there’s something to explore in every nook. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-stocked kitchen and the view is spectacular. Al was a very gracious host and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something that’s one of a kind. Great stay!

Had to find a place to house a midsize family while visiting my son’s future college and the space was perfect for myself, 3 children and in laws. Great space overall. It was so comfy that we canceled our plans on Sunday and just lounged at the house and enjoyed the space and cooked and hung out .usually on vacation you tend to create an itinerary for yourself but it was so comfy we decided to just stay at the house and relax . There were a great selection of board games, cards, a spacious backyard and tvs were huge. Only one room (with the bunk beds) had no TVbut that forced my kids to touch some grass lol. So wasn’t bad after all. A home away from home stay for sure . Will gladly come back there when we come down for visits with my son.

Nicholas was an excellent and gracious host - the house was very easy to check into with a welcome/informational book. Clean, comfortable, and spacious home with beautiful grounds. I booked the home for family that was visiting from overseas, and they were all very pleased with the place! It was a great place to rest in between all the activities Southern California has to offer. My mom did have trouble finding one of the bedrooms when she got there in the evening, and Peter, the co-host, was very responsive and helped her out haha

My friends and I came down from Big Bear for a wine tasting weekend. We loved the house, and the views, coming from the mountains we're use to spectacular settings and have high standards. Daniel's place looks like the pictures and is very tranquil. The layout of the house allows for each guest to have privacy and also gather comfortably in common areas. The pool is more of a hot tub, but is big enough for four. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and early morning hot balloons in the distance when we woke up in the morning. An easy drive to the wineries, a bit further to town but everything is accessible. Would definitely rent again.

Kim & Hoa were great hosts and addressed all questions and requests we had in a timely manner. I stayed with my colleagues for a working / retreat weekend and the house had everything we needed with plenty of space. We would've loved to take advantage of the pool more but we were busy during the day when the sun was out. The location is perfect if you love Vietnamese food - it's located within a mile of Little Saigon.

Very nice home with plenty of amenities from the amazing pool, putting green, and game room our 4 and 6 yr old had a fun time. The 9pm noise and backyard curfew is a little quirky, as is the use of outdoor cameras by the pool and jacuzzi but it's clearly stated in the listing, so not a surprise and it is well enforced. Would be nice to see the outdoor gas and kitchen fully functional. Otherwise, a perfect stay...highly recommend.

This home is so beautiful! We really enjoyed the lovely pool and patio area. The master bedroom is incredible. Great view and really nice bathroom. The only glitch was an ant issue. But Patti was very responsive. Thank you! This was a long awaited week for our family to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. I appreciate all the referrals and good communication from Patti. Our stay at Adam's place was fantastic. The home was exactly as advertised. It is clean and they have put in a lot of thoughtful touches that make it feel really homey. Adam was always exceptionally quick to respond when we needed something and was very easy to work with. He was flexible and very friendly. All of us talked about how great the home was and how we would all stay there again without question. I can't recommend Adam or this home highly enough.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Repeat stay for us -- a home away from home! Very tranquil and relaxing. Gourmet kitchen with large window -- memorable sunsets. Very highly recommended!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! It was very private, gorgeous setting, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! We would love to come back here when it's warmer to use the pool. The pool was heated - a plus! We met the groundskeeper, Roberto. He was very helpful amd even gifted is some mandarins from their grove. A great stay overall!

Riki’s place was beautiful and as described in the description and pictures. Great place for us going to Universal Studios literally a 10 minute drive away. Enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking around. Keep in mind there is a fee to use the hot tub depending how long your stay is. Would highly recommend especially if going to Universal Studios. Thanks Riki for a wonderful stay!
