This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. The home is in a great location - literally minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to a Main Street (2nd Ave) that has lots of cafes, restaurants etc. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond when we forgot an important item at the AirBnb during check out. If you have a toddler, there is a great sand play area, library and playground all in a 15 minute radius of the home. Having a bit of outdoor space was welcome too! The home itself is well equipped and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

John’s place is perfectly located for exploring Santa Monica! Loved being able to walk right out the door to run the Pacific Trail and find great restaurants within twenty minutes walking. Balcony is a nice little extra.

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Wonderful stay at this gem of a place! It’s cute and cozy with everything needed for a week at the beach. The bed was so comfortable and I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning while I brewed coffee. The location is perfect, a few blocks to the beach, and while the garage was small, it came in handy when street parking was scarce. The hosts were so responsive and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is so great- the grounds in this little HOA community are beautiful and so charming. Loved the amenities. The beach is literally just steps away. The view off the balcony is superb. Everything inside the condo is clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. It was quiet and easy to get around. Absolutely loved staying here and hope to come back soon!

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to the pier or to the marina. The rooftop deck was really nice. The fog rolled in more often than we were hoping for (February) but we made it work! The resort area is beautifully landscaped and the pathways were clean and smooth. There could’ve been more signs, tho, as it was confusing to find the pool, which floor to get off on the elevator, etc. But we figured it all out and considered it part of the adventure!
