We loved our stay at the Corner’s Unique House. It seems at first to be a bit off the beaten path but then you realize there is a super nice grocery store and restaurant area just next door and then a huge mall down the street. Plus it’s fairly close to the old town. We ended up getting a moped but used Grab into town and tuktuks back. It wasn’t generally a problem to get one any time of day. Kannika was super helpful and responsive, always answering texts and helping to fix problems immediately if they arrived. They also came and cleaned every few days if you wanted, which was an amazing plus. We also loved the airport pickup and dropoff. It’s super close to the airport but it was still so nice to not have to arrange it ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this house was perfect! It is very spacious and we also used the bikes a few times. Maybe only the fifth and sixth matrasses are a bit to hard an not to comfortable. You will get used to the airplanes flying over low because the house is sort of next to the runway.

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

This home was in a wonderful location! So much to do in the area and a short tuk tuk ride to the markets and old town area. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay, the hosts were amazing, helpful and friendly. We arrived late and they got in dinner for us to make us as welcome as possible.

This is a great place to stay in the old town. Not only is it walkable to temples, restaurants, and easy Tuktuk/grab to markets, but it is quiet and very calm. The « house » is a garage transformed into an attached two story house. Internet woks great. Only downside for us, because some days we need to work hours from home, was that it is quiet dark. Only windows that let light in, are in the front. That said, if you want to sleep, it’s great! The amenities are nice, especially the washer in house. The kitchen is functional and the hosts got us anything that we might need. Especially nice was the refrigerator full of drinking water and some essentials, which made our first night/morning so much easier. The decor is nice looking, just not that comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms have an issue, which is more old town sewage draining problems, than the house. They try and mitigate the smell, but it’s an on going problem. That said, the bathrooms are clean and nice. We recommed

This is a fantastic 3 level home with all the amenities. Patrica is very good about communication and all the details are covered. The kitchen is well appointed, hot water, and sufficient ac if you keep the rooms closed. Patricia suggested a great massage place, some excellent near by food, and it is a short Grab ride from the old city. We highly recommend this place for your next stay.

우리 가족은 한 달동안 숙소에서 지냈습니다. 많이 신경써준 호스트 덕분에 편히 지내다 돌아왔습니다. 1. 집에서 음식을 해먹기 좋습니다. 조리기구와 주방이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 2. 의외로 위치가 좋습니다. 특히 ruamchok mall, meechok Plaza, tops market, rimping market, lotus market이 모두 근거리에 있어서 쇼핑하기에 무척 편리합니다. ruamchok mall인근에서는 매일 작은 야시장이 열리고, meechok plaza에서는 매우 월요일과 화요일에 큰 야시장이 열립니다. 3. 단지가 매우 조용합니다. 오후 느즈막히 아이들이 나와서 놀기 시작하는데, 동네 아이들과 함께 축구를 할 수도 있습니다. 4.필요한 물건들은 모두 grab을 통해 주문하기에 무거운 물건을 들고다닐 필요가 없습니다. 또한 택시가 쉽게 잡히기에 이동에 불편함은 없습니다. 5.숙소의 2km정도거리에 새우낚시터가 있는데 혹 아동을 동반한 가족들은 꼭 방문해보시기 바랍니다. 아이들이 정말 재미있어합니다. 6.호스트가 정말 친절합니다. 모든 과정을 정확하고 신속하게 처리해주셨습니다. 첫 날은 과일, 중간에는 태국 간식을 가져다 주셨습니다. 혹 도움이 필요한 일이 있으면 얼마든지 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 호스트입니다. 다행이 큰 일은 없었지만, 매우 든든했습니다. 7.(tip) 세탁기 용량이 크지 않습니다. 빨래를 소량으로 하면 깨끗하게 잘 됩니다. 8.(tip) 월요일은 수영장이 쉽니다. 9.방마다 에어컨이 잘 되어있어서 쾌적하게 잘 수 있습니다. 혹 숙소를 고민하고 있는 여행자들에게 강력 추천합니다. 그리고 호스트에게 다시 한번 감사의 인사를 전합니다.

特别舒服的房间，每天给花浇水也特别有家的感觉。我们三个朋友一起住，每一个房间都有独属于自己的阳台~附近步行十分钟就是宁曼一号，每一个小巷子都有很多好吃的，房东回答问题超级及时有什么都可以尽快的解决人超好！！！还推荐了很多附近好吃好玩的~太幸福了！下次来一定还会再住的！

Lovely, two storey house with a huge terrace and sitting area. Had a great experience staying here Keep in mind that it’s away from the bustle of Nimman and old-town (15 min car ride)

Our stay at Lily and Pui’s Airbnb was fantastic! They were super helpful, always available, and made check-in/out seamless with clear instructions. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, in the heart of Old Town. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from local eateries and supermarkets to taxi and Songthaew stands, making it a super convenient base for exploring the city. The property is unique, originally a hostel converted into an Airbnb. It has 10+ beds, six bathrooms (each with an attached toilet), and all essential toiletries provided. The fully stocked kitchen and well-equipped washing area with a washing machine and dryer added to the convenience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The space is perfect for large groups, offering both comfort and privacy. The common areas were great for gathering, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. One of our best Airbnb experiences—highly recommended!

It is nice location for who want to be near by supermarket where is located walking distance. Its slight distance from old town but we didnt have any from to call a taxi by Grab.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Located near markets and 7 11 and about a 15 minutes drive from Chiang Mai old city. The chairs and lights could be a little more comfortable but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Thechatat’s place was very nice! Great location, lots of great coffee shops and shopping centers. We had a pleasant stay!

We had a pleasant and very comfortable stay in the villa. Easy check-in and easy check-out + easy to ge there because of the airport transfer offered. When we checked-in we needed a couple of things to use for our short stay and the host is very helpful and responsive to accommodate our needs. The villa has a good wifi connection too, my husband used it for this work. Situated in a guarded community, peaceful and quiet neigborhood and not far from the city. The neighbors are nice as well, one helped us when we had trouble with our rented car. You need your own transport if you stay here as its not walking distance to the town center. There's 7/11 closeby and tops market as well for basic needs. There was a good gym in walking distance where one in my group went for. Everybody in my group had a wonderful stay in the villa. It made our stay perfectly relaxing after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai.

Paul was a wonderful host. Very kind, proactive, and responsive! His place is as described and looks just like the photos. The outdoor roof is a great space as well! Awesome view of the surroundings.

Huge. Very spacious 3 floor house. All ameneties were in place and conveniently placed. Every gadget worked fine. superb location. wallable to all popular places. Loved the house and thecomforts built in. very responsive host. Would stay sgain during next visit.

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

We LOVED Rosie Home!! Perfect for our family, close to all the fun stuff in the area but in a secluded neighborhood, massage parlor right across the street. Great host, will be staying again!

A great space for a larger group (we had six adults). Having a bathroom/shower for each of the bedrooms is convenient. The living space downstairs is spacious and a good place to hang out. Location is good, a few minutes walk to the old city, quiet because just off the main street. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Great place, especially if you’re traveling with 2 friends. It is a bit outside of the action, but you’re everywhere on a scooter in 10 minutes
