What a cute place! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Chalk board wall was adorable. The place is tiny but comfortable with 2 adult couples for a short stay. Hot tub was warm and ready to go. loved the fired pit. There was wood there but it was cold so we needed to buy extra wood . There are local spots to buy it and it was cheap! The Griddles malt shop near by, I highly recommend. It's cold right now but I would love to stay here again in the summer when you can fish and enjoy watersports and hiking.. oh they did have a little map with the route to the near by hiking trail witch I thought was nice.

Easy communication prior to check-in. Once we arrived the photos matched the house. The house was clean and user friendly. 10 - 20 min from a number of restaurants and things to do.

This place was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. The area was quiet and peaceful and we had a private area with a firepit and hot tub to enjoy. The property is on beautiful farm land where you can see all the animals and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The inside is beautifully decorated with a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking as well as a awesome coffee bar. The house was very clean , the linen in the bed was clean and fresh and the bathroom and shower were clean. Phillip was an awesome host and was available within minutes to answer any questions I had. This is definitely a home away from home! We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend trip to unwind.

Had a WONDERFUL stay at Muddy Creek. Jodi and Adam were amazing hosts, they were always available to answer questions and consistently checked in to make sure everything was good. The house is INCREDIBLY renovated. the property itself is gorgeous. I was staying for a work trip, but am totally going to come back with my family for a weekend getaway. Thank you so much!

Very peaceful, and great for a group trip! Groceries are nearby, and so is nature. Comfy, cozy, and overall lovely.

Josh & Nicole’s home was absolutely stunning and perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with a group! The house has beautiful views of the water and the home itself is spacious, yet cozy and super clean. It snowed during our stay and Josh was kind enough to stop by and shovel the driveway without us even asking. Such an amazing host who’s super welcoming and responsive! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay at this lovely large cottage. There's literally everything you could possibly need and you can find a really cool billiards table in the basement that racks the balls for you. I had a great time this is a great place.

As always it was a wonderful stay at the Mod Pod, we always feel at home and love the peaceful quietness of the surroundings. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit and listen to the passing rainstorm, the outdoor shower is amazing to take during the summer heat. The all on one level home is perfect for our elderly dog who has some mobility issues, it’s easy for him to get around to go outside. We will be back as it is a perfect location for everything g we want to do in the area.

Great cozy & very clean cottage on a farm complete with friendly animals! This is a great place to stay when in the area. It’s relaxing and the swinging bed on the screened in porch was awesome! Carol & Pete go above & beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The scones were a delicious surprise freshly baked along with fresh flowers. We will definitely come back!

This was my second time at Josh’s place. I love the views and feel right at home . Will definitely come back!

Amazing stay, we had a great time. Brought our hypoallergenic dog. I always get a little worried about staying at places that allow animals because I am allergic to dogs/cats, however this place was so clean I had no issues. waking up in the morning and seeing the chickens, cows, donkeys and emus was so fun. The outdoor space was dreamy. We brought a projector and watched football on Sunday. We also went to the rennissance faire one day and had so much fun. Fresh flowers and homemade scones for check in was such a nice touch. There is a reason this place is rated so highly.

We were looking for a peaceful place to stay in York and Amos and Liz's place exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed for just over a month and enjoyed it every day. The views from the porch, with the lovely horses, kept us charmed. Our daughter had plenty of space to run and play outside. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed. The extra comfy bed was a big plus. Liz and Amos were also very responsive, answering any of our questions quickly and kindly. We hope to come back here soon!

Beautiful and comfortable house for a small family (and dog) to spend a weekend near Hershey, PA.

The home was beautiful and remote, but also a short drive to local sights and activities including the town center which had everything we could have needed. Ashley herself was very responsive and helpful, and had even decorated for the holidays! Of note is that check-in is at 5pm but Ashley was flexible and allowed us to check in an hour early. The house was cozy and comfortable and contained all of the necessary odds and ends to cook, bathe and relax. Thanks for a great stay, Ashley!

Syuzanna's place is fantastic, very comfortable and well appointed! It is in a great location - very walkable to the River Trail and several great restaurants. I would highly recommend it!

Cozy cottage. Unique features. Calm setting. Felt at home. Clear instructions through out the house. Kempton was very responsive with any questions. Will definitely recommend to friends. Lots to do close by.

Amy’s cottage is a lovely 1936 home that she has remodeled with care. It feels a bit like stepping back in time, with the historical details. But, she has added all of the modern conveniences. It’s decorated so beautifully, bright and cheerful. It’s spacious and very comfortable. The large kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and baking, with a wide variety of utensils, plus more than basic spices and oil. We loved her cozy and comfortable cottage! It’s very near the Ephrata walking path. There is a lovely deck out back, which would be amazing in warmer weather. And, even though we didn’t have children with us, Amy’s cottage is exceptionally child-friendly! Amy herself was a most kind and attentive host! We recommend her cottage without any hesitation!

This place is amazing! Great hosts, quiet street. Love the little touches to make you cared for during your stay! Highly recommend this location and these wonderful hosts!

Exactly as described, very quiet, and well maintained. Nice location that is secluded but only 15 min to Columbia and a half hour to Lancaster.

Great place to stay for a trip to Lancaster area Perfect for my family of 4. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this cottage and fit our family well. It is a great renovated space that has everything you need there. The kids also really loved the arcade room. We were there for a cheer competition but plan to come back in the summer when the parks open. Truly only about 5 minutes from Hershey.

I cannot say enough about this gem of a place! Jake and Janelle have done a beautiful job decorating and equipping their cottage on the creek. Excellent communication, extremely clean and convenient location. Be sure to check out their really cool shop and take home a treasure. Highly recommend and make sure you play with Ally-she will love it! 😊

Phenomenal rental! Short and easy drive to Spooky Nook. Jody was an exceptional host before and during our trip. She reached out ahead of our visit to see if we needed any special accommodations, gave us a head’s up about a winter storm, and a link to a local news station when requested. When we arrived, Jody promptly met us to provide a brief introduction to the heating system, ensure our needs were met, and also gave us some helpful guidance to get into Spooky Nook and avoid typical traffic backups. When we arrived back at the cottage during the brief ice storm, we were so grateful to see that she had cleared the steps and pathway to the front door and put salt down to ensure our safety while there. The cottage itself was wonderful. We felt 110% safe at all times and the it was exceptionally and immaculately clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the small touches made this our favorite AirBnB experience to date. Highly, highly recommend!
