What a fabulous stay! From the moment we got there Sadie and Amos made us feel at home. Both are extremely very nice and kind! They truly make you feel like family, are extremely responsive, and will make you feel cared for. Everyone should stay here! The place is so homey and very comfortable. Its incredibly clean, and they have supplied everything you could want during your stay. We stayed for a week, and we would love to come back again! We also loved playing with the pets.

One of the cleanest and well appointed place we have stayed at. Everything of the loft was well thought out making you feel very comfortable and right at home. Instructions, guides and communications were spot on. Location was great, in gods country but close enough to where you want to go. Thank you and look forward to our next visit.

A great place to stay for a weekend of basketball at spookynook. It was conveniently located, clean, cozy and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by hosts and their animals. We loved feeding the horse!

Great stay. Close to Appalachian Brewing Company and the Wolf Sanctuary. 2 sitting areas, cute place, and clean. In a development but very quiet.

I wish I had been able to stay longer! The place is peaceful, comfortable and well-appointed! I hope to visit again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful and it was really cool to see the horses in the stables below. You could hear them bump a few times in the night, but it was not bothersome at all. There were fresh baked molasses cookies waiting for us and they were delicious! We were only able to stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer!

My girlfriend and I picked this lovely spot for a weekend getaway for 4 days for her birthday, and there’s really too many good things to say that won’t fit in this 900 character-limit review!! I have to say, this place is honestly much more beautiful, well-kept, and amazingly scenic than you can see from even the pictures!! We truly were blown away by the attention to detail the hosts poured into this place! It really feels like home and it seems they thought of everything to make sure you feel relaxed and can just enjoy your stay. We could tell that the host made sure every it has the comforts of home and made sure every amenity is premium quality. I could do a review on just how amazing the scenery is that you can see just while sitting outside! Both Benuel and Rosemary are honestly, truly incredible hosts!! Rosemary made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay!! Also this gorgeous location is super close to everything Lancaster has to offer!!

It was such a joy to stay at Kara's place. We had originally booked it with the previous owners, who then sold it to Kara. We were so grateful that Kara retained the charm and coziness of the place. It was so special to be in Amish Country and hear the local residents passing by in their horse and buggies during our stay. What a treasure!!! The place is also close to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania and the Strasburg Rail Road. We also loved the decor of The Olde Wash House!! Thank you so much, Kara, for your kind hospitality and allowing us to stay there!!

I Love my stay, and Kathryn house felt like home right from the start. It look just as described and shown in photos, very comfortable and cozy. Kathryn was an Amazing Host and very proactive and responsive. I could not have asked for a better experience. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Kathryn for such an Amazing experience.

Our stay was great! The house was immaculate, so cozy, and a lot of care was put into it. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing stress free couple days ,slept wonderfully! Wish the weather had been nicer so we could have enjoyed the back deck and yard.Look forward to maybe a Fall trip!

Place was exactly as described. Kathryn was able to accommodate our booking on short notice and responded right away. Very nice clean rental, wonderful backyard and peaceful. Places for a quick eat were right up the street including a Walmart and King of Prussia was a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Could have used some extra pillows but overall a great place to stay.

Your place was amazing! It’s super quiet and peaceful. There was someone staying in the next room but still was relaxing. Came here to have a stress free little time away from work and this place did the trick. The bed is so good! I had a good nights rest I have not had that in days. Excellent place to stay - we want to come back! The place was well located, clean, comfortable, and spacious for us and 2 dogs. We loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway super close to everything we wanted to do and the property was beautiful and fun to explore.

We loved our stay at the beautiful Farmette Guesthouse! Excellent hosts, cozy place, and very peaceful setting! We thought we would do more things in the area, but loved the place so much, we just ended up hanging out there most of the time. We loved sitting around the fire, and beside the creek. Many beautiful and thoughtful touches- The outdoor string lights, and essential oil diffuser to name a few. The house was very clean, neat, and orderly. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect for two people who want to walk to all of downtown Lancaster, and to drive to all around the rest of the area. There are so many great restaurants, breweries, and ice cream places within a short walking distance. Then the parking spot under the carport made it easy to drive to all the other ice cream places, and attractions. Everything was clean, comfortable and accurately described. The Murphy bed was comfortable, might be hard for some people to get into and out of. It only would have been better if there were tissues, a sponge for dishes, and a place to put your foot while shaving in the shower. I'll give a 6th star since they allowed me to charge my car with my level 1 charger with an outlet by the door (about 15 feet from the parking spot).
