This was a very quiet and peaceful space. You have your own room and bathroom down a long hall from the front door. Your hosts go up the flight of stairs to their home from the same front door. I felt very safe and comfortable with this arrangement. The small, well stocked kitchen space was complete with a sink, mini frig and coffee maker. Parking was not a problem and the hosts were responsive. Honestly, this was a perfect place to stay!

After a small issue with the instructions to enter and getting a hold of the host, the rest of the stay was wonderful and the host was communicative. This was the cleanest and one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area and we more than likely will use it again if available next time!

Had a great stay. Ed was very helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to visit. Perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Lancaster. Great restaurants nearby. Right across the street from our favorite. The Belvedere. Thank you Ed.

Melinda’s place was great! Perfect location for doing things in and around Lancaster and easy to find. Accommodations were perfect, well equipped, maintained and clean! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved that you have a hot water pot. The back yard was nice as well. We hope to return again in the future.

I was there for a quick long weekend and it was more like visiting old college friends. She is awesome and her dog Kimchi will be your best friend!! Thank you again!!!

We stayed here for our ladies getaway. The house has very comfortable and inviting spaces for gathering, plenty of cozy beds to choose from, and is decorated so adorably! Not to mention, just a short walk to all the fun Lititz has to offer! The hosts were super responsive and awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect —a short drive to the music venue we came for, plenty of dining options nearby. Neighborhood was peaceful with lovely views along the way to those places. The space itself was very clean, and we felt comfortable the entire time. The bathroom was spotless, the air quality was great. One small note: in Room 1, if you're staying on the right side of the bed (when facing it), we didn’t see a plug nearby. Luckily, we brought a 10’ charging cord, but this could be more important for someone with a CPAP machine, for example. Just something to prepare for if you need easy access to an outlet while in bed. The shower was great with good water pressure and hot water - there’s one knob, and it took a little figuring out. Be sure to ask how it really works during check-in to avoid any confusion (trust me, I had to test it myself! 😄). Easy street parking and the hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall, very comfortable and convenient!

This place is absolutely stunning! So cozy and beautiful. The hosts are beyond gracious and welcomed us with a special homemade treat. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this to everyone!

Can’t say enough about this adorable, spacious and functional place in Lancaster! Super clean, modern and cozy with comfortable beds and a very helpful host! We wanted to turn two of the twin beds into a king and she was right on it! The kitchen is brand new with lots of seating and it’s bright and spacious. Living room was welcoming and cozy and bedrooms were also huge with fresh linens and crisp sheets. Walking distance to Luca but a bit further from downtown.

Very nice home. In a peaceful area. Beautiful farmland views. Plenty of living space. Everything we needed was provided. Short drive to Intercourse. We would definitely recommend this home.

The Billy Bletcher Garden Loft is a perfect Lancaster getaway spot for one or two people (or even a couple and a kid). The apartment is cozy and welcoming. The garden is a great place to relax and meditate with morning coffee. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. My only regret is I did not have more time to stay here and explore Lancaster.

Great host! Checked all the boxes! We hope to stay there in the future!

We had a very nice stay at Regina & John's place. Their instructions were very clear and communication was speedy. Our party was excited to stay in downtown Hummelstown. Experiencing the town in the morning was a delight. It was only a few steps to a wonderful cafe and eatery called Momma's Cafe. The shower was excellent - hot water and strong water flow. The mattresses on the 5 beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Clear description, great communication from host, easy to get to. Exellent family alternative to hotels in the area.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! There was enough rooms, amenities, and beds for all 6 of us. The additional bathroom is a blessing. A bit of a walk from downtown but it was a good walk. We had an amazing celebration for our friend's birthday weekend. We hope to stay again next year if possible!

The house was very easy to get into very clean. The location is great for an event at Franklin & Marshall. Street parking was easy the whole weekend. Bathrooms were stocked and very nice and clean.

What a charming property and little town. The pool table was a big hit, as was the big TV. We enjoyed our stay and would return if ever in need of homey, comfortable place to stay in the area!

Place is extremely well kept & decorated nicely. It was spotless clean. It's convenient to Amish surroundings & the Sight & Sound Theater, which we visited. The small complex of townhouses is in a quiet area just off the main highway. The host always quickly responded to my questions & comments.

This place was perfect. It’s close to everything and much better than staying in a hotel. Mike was easy to contact and made sure we were right at home.

This was a great stay with a beautiful landscape right outside. Darlen was a fantastic host. The house smelled and looked great and made me feel very welcomed.
