Greta’s place was amazing and fit exactly what we needed. The home was very clean and had a great layout. The location felt nice and super close to the beach. The best thing was that Greta was able to accommodate an early check-in for 1PM at the cost of extra $. I would definitely stay here again.

Would 100% recommend this place!! It was so cute and in the perfect location. You can’t beat the price for this location. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartamento aconchegante que nos acomodou muito bem, apesar de estarmos em 5 pessoas! Paola foi gentil em permitir que deixássemos nossas malas antes do horário do check-in! Os lençóis estão um pouco velhos, necessitando serem trocados, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia! Fica muito próximo ao pier Santa Monica, bastando uma curta caminhada, com mercados, farmácia, lojas e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendamos a hospedagem!

Kim was very responsive and accommodating. Although the weather didn’t cooperate the location was great for our spring break beach time and a Disneyland trip.

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Great little place for 1-2 people. Fantastic location, 8 minute walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes to 2nd street with loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and cute boutique stores. Ribbro BBQ was fantastic! Some basic info about the place: There are Ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom with an AC unit in living room. Two beach towels were provided with a bag to carry them. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Stand up shower only in a small bathroom - but fine for one person. Bed is firm with a soft mattress pad, four pillows, a comforter and two extra blankets. Unit C where i stayed is up 1.5 flights of stairs, which are outside, so not accessible if you have mobility limitations. Street parking is available and even on a friday night and saturday mid morning didnt have trouble finding a spot on same block as the house. Host was super responsive to any questions. I loved staying here, and it made a great ‘base camp’ to explore the city and beaches.

My kids enjoyed the spare side walk chalk and sand toys for the beach! And my husband’s service dog enjoyed the spare poop bags that you had on hand! The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

Crystal‘s place was perfect for our group stay! You can’t beat the location! The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook with for our stay. Was able to access the garage easily. Loved all the clear instructions in the binder and things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! The location was so perfect. We walked and biked to and from the pier and restaurants. The view from the patio was amazing and we loved the sliding glass wall. The place is pretty small but it was perfect for me and my husband. Be prepared for lots of activity on the weekends but we loved the energy and people watching. There is a building going up next door so expect a little construction activity. We would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

The location couldn’t be any better. It is a few houses from the beach and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It is a quiet unit with everything you would need. Pam was so easy to work with. I would definitely book here again next time I’m in Newport Beach visiting my son.

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We appreciate your hospitality.

Ann’s place is perfect for a beach vacation. The house is right on the beach. All you have to do is cross be paved trail and you’re on be sand. The deck is perfect to hang out and have a meal or just relax. Plenty of space inside and had all the amenities we could want. We plan on coming back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

This is a great home and we highly recommend renting it. Beautiful part of Belmont Shore. Far enough off of 2nd Street that you don’t hear the noise, but still only a two block walk. Only half a block to the ocean, where there is a walking and biking path, in addition to the beach. Easy drive to Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and downtown LB. The home is lovely, 2 bedrooms, and nice bathroom, and a kitchen set up for home cooked meals, in addition to a dining room table and living area with a Roku TV. Keurig coffee maker, though we walked up to the many coffee shops on 2nd Street most mornings. Note that second street has great shops and restaurants. Be sure to keep your rental confirmation notice, as it contains the check-in lock code. (I forgot I had it, but Jesica replied to my call within 5 minutes.) We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing beach house in Marina Del Rey, right by Venice beach. Very practical for a family stay. Nicole was a great host!

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Apartment was as described and everything worked just fine. In the evenings it was quite challening to find parking but Oksana mentioned this in advance. We were very happy about this accommodation.
