The place was clutter free, the outside wasn’t usable but we were there for a cruise we were taking. Jessica was responsive and open to critique on her place, it’s always refreshing to have hosts like Jess.

Great host & responded very quickly to any question I had. The building wasn’t hard to find but a bit confusing to locate from the parking garage. The unit was very clean!!. The area was perfect and not too far from anything. Definitely recommend!

This is a great flat to stay at if you’re looking to stay in West Hollywood. Great location, safe, beautiful flat, and lots of local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores near by.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

Olga’s place was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated that there was 2.5 bathrooms! There is only one tv in the living room and a smallish couch so we didn’t all fit watching a movie. We loved how close it was to Universal Studios , about a five minute drive. It was a very quiet and peaceful complex. The parking is tight but we had a more compact car and even with the fabric storage container on top we were able to maneuver the area OK. Lighting is a bit dim during evenings in the bedrooms and living room as there was only lamps but the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms were well lit. Overall, we would stay here again, if visiting Universal Studios!

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

I had an amazing stay here! The studio was clean, polished, and so comfortable to live in, complete with a balcony, gym, pool, rooftop view, loungey lobby and very helpful reception. Sasha made sure I found the right address when I arrived and introduced me to the adorable place with so much detail and care. All living necessities and toiletries were already provided, including towels, washing/personal care, kitchenware and laundry detergent. The location was truly convenient - walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and a quick 10 - 20 minute drive to melrose, beverly, the grove, and downtown LA. Very close to some of the other places I visited as well, such as the Getty, Griffith, and UCLA.

We, a family of four plus fur baby, stayed at Neil’s place for a couple of nights. The instructions were detailed, they were responsive to questions, parking was secure, and the complex was beautiful. The unit was close to the pool, play yard, dog park, and fitness center. The complex was quiet and peaceful. It is close to Disney, short walk to Irvine Spectrum, UC Irvine, Newport Beach area among other places you can visit. Thank you for your accommodations! Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place close to UCLA this place is perfect. Trader Joe’s and Target right around the corner. Although the location is centrally located in bustling Westwood, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Looks just like the photos. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and flexible. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

My stay at Jonathan’s was fantastic! He was very helpful and responsive to all my questions/ concerns. The space was spotless and as described. There’s some fun places to eat nearby! Public parking can be tricky but luckily they’re a few public parking garages a few feet away from the location. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook!

Raymond was a very accommodating host! The place is perfectly centered in downtown Long Beach. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything! :)

This is one of the best airbnb locations I’ve stayed in! We stayed for a month and it was amazing. Super nice place that is very spacious and in a great location. Entire house was very clean and there are lots of amenities. Becky and Alex were awesome hosts and showed us the place before we started our stay so we felt right at home from day one. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. Very safe area and the neighbors are all super sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area!

The location was nice with lots of space for small group. The kitchen was simple yet beautiful. If you ever wanted to make breakfast and watch your car while eating, you can do so with this location. I would recommend this place if they are ever coming down to the Laguna Hills area.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was as described and there was plenty of room for my family to relax and enjoy our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived and Bobby when very responsive with his communication. There was a lot more to do in the area than I had anticipated with many restaurants and venues within a couple miles of the house.

Really great location. The home is really nice and spacious. The pool was great and everything is pretty quiet neighborhood. Just know you’re in the hills so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were amazing as well. I will be staying here for other LA trips in the future.

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 children. With the king, 4 queen beds, a crib and a blow up queen mattress everyone slept well. The kids loved sleeping on the blow up in the living room with a fireplace. The kids also loved the Jacuzzi in the Master.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!! So much for the kids the themed rooms and decor were amazing!! Awesome back yard!! Sauna and arcade room/movie room was just a bonus!!! Location was awesome to Disney! If I could give more stars I could! 100% would recommend!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the "Urban Farm." As AirBnB hosts ourselves, we appreciated the design details and cleanliness of the space. The location is also wonderful. We spend most holidays in the LA area, visting family, but this is the first time we have stays in such a walkable neighborhood. We loved the proximity to multiple good coffee houses, Abbott Kinney and the beach.

I can’t put into words how wonderful this Airbnb is. We were supposed to visit the area in January but opted to stay home due to the wildfires. Our original Airbnb was booked, so we came across Megan‘s place when it came time to reschedule. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Megan was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The home is the most comfortable yet clean Airbnb we have ever visited and the amenities really helped this vacation feel a little extra special. From the beautiful hummingbird garden to the sauna to the bag of beach towels, everything created a phenomenal experience for our visit to Long Beach and the surrounding area. If you aren’t from a metropolitan area, your initial entrance to the area may give you a little anxiety, but like any city, there are pockets of good and pockets are bad. Megan‘s home and neighborhood is an expansive pocket of good.
