Exactly what I needed! So close to the beach, great for me and my doggo. Quite spacious, easy to park, very comfortable. Elizabeth and Lisa are very nice and helpful!

Highly recommend this place. I always stayed at Hotels ( Huntley Santa Monica to be specific) and I paid half of price for it. I was surprised how good it was. Spent 12 days and have nothing bad to talk about it. Sure will be my new favorite place to stay in Santa Monica.

Such a peaceful location! Great space exactly as described and the bathroom is super cute. There were really cool birds flying over the back patio and such a sweet and friendly cat on the premises. Perfect cozy space :) thank you Carlos!

This apartment was a great location for exploring Santa Monica and beyond. Walking distance to the Pier and many restaurants and shops in between.

The place was in a perfect location on the marina. Walkable to Venice beach and very safe neighborhood. A designated parking spot was a great added touch.

Molly’s place was amazing! She was super communicative and was very flexible with check in and check out time. I had to take some classes later in the day and she was gracious enough to let me extend my stay to take my class. Her place will be a go to and all the best restaurants are walkable from here! Can’t wait to stay here next time!

It was very nice had a great time in LA from Sandra’s place. Nice location next to the beach, had really comfortable beds, and couch.

Thank you again for making my stay so warm and comfortable, I can't say enough, about your hospitality. The place is a wonderful surprise which is totally redone and very nice and the patio for my dog to run in and out was perfect. The neighborhood is very close to the Norma Triangle which is upbeat, casual, lovely, and super trendy. I loved my breakfast at "Bravo Avacado"on Doheny Drive plus Melrose, Santa Monica and Sunset are minutes away. Thanks again, Teri

I enjoyed my stay at Mia’s place in so many ways! The place is situated right next to so many spots around LA. You can easily walk and explore, or grab an Uber somewhere since it is in close proximity to many well known areas. The home is very minimalist and chic. It felt welcoming and cozy, giving the feeling like you are actually living and working in LA. The area felt very safe with no disturbances occurring during my time there. It is located right next to a Main Street and I loved seeing the busy traffic during rush hour, so if you like a lively, city vibe experience, then this is for you. Mia is very responsive and is very timely in contacting you via text right before you check in to make sure everything goes smoothly. She answered questions I had within minutes of texting her. I was very comfortable staying here and it would be my go to spot if I were to ever return.

Nice place, everything is matching the description, right next door to trader Joe, target is 5 min walk. The host is very responsive. The parking spot in the building is a huge plus and very convenient. Will stay again.

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

This place was perfect! We were attending an event nearby & it was a short walk. The views were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely book again.

Olena was an amazing host who was always willing to have a chat. She was always willing to help me with anything. And upon my arrival greeted me at the door and offered me tea and coffee. The next time I come to California, I'll be sure to stay here again!

Mark was extremely communicative with great directions for getting in the building, provided optional amenities and clear check out instructions. The place itself was clean, have great amenities and was a perfect retreat while we were displaced during the fires Thank you Mark for hosting us

Second time staying at Chanel’s place. Great stay as always! Will always be a great option when visiting the city! Nothing like a home away from home feeling.Great views, convenient area, and Chanel is super accommodating and friendly! Looking forward to the next visit.

Leandro’s place is awesome! It’s super clean, comfy and instantly felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need. Actually, the entire place does. There’s also a fun little gaming area and thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree. Leandro is also a great host. He’s very responsive, accommodating, patient and friendly. The area is great as well. It’s a walkable distance from Costco, stater bros, and plenty of restaurants. I’d highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the awesome stay Leandro!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

I LOVED my stay here, it was everything in the description. This place is very spacious and clean with a nice size balcony. I have absolutely no complaints I would DEFINITELY stay again Jerry and melon stay was amazing and very responsive. We brought my son in sleep(3 years old) he woke up in the morning and I heard him do a walk around and he came back to wake us up and said this house is nice lol. So five stars from him as well lol. Thank you again ❤️
