Perfect for our group of 6! Garage/game room was loved by kids and adults. Jacuzzi was the perfect end to the long days at Disneyland. House had everything you could need and more! Fully stocked kitchen, strollers, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, etc. They thought of everything. Highly recommend and will stay here or at one of the other properties Eric offers.

Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

Levy's place was definitely what I was looking for when I planned to stay in Orange. The add-on of the heated pool was amazing for those cold nights when you still want to go for a swim. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and ready to go. The additional games in the backyard definitely kept us entertained in between our weekend events. Levy was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she accommodated us with a generous late check-out. If I'm ever visiting the area again and Im in need of a place to stay like Levy's, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location!! So close to Disney. You can see the fireworks from the window. Very convenient. Will definitely come back.

Anh's place was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet and the house is just a short drive to Disneyland. Anh was an attentive and pleasant host. The beds were so comfortable that our oldest daughter remarked she wished she could bring the mattress home with her!

We had a great two week stay. First of all, Karen was an amazing host. We had questions throughout the trip and her responses were as prompt as you could ask for, and always generous. The neighborhood is great and the driveway was perfect for our rental car. The house was nice, had everything we needed. We didn’t end up paying for heating of the pool or jacuzzi (which was didn’t realize was an extra expense) but that would’ve been a great asset as well.

The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for our group trip to Anaheim. But the real treat was dealing with Carmen. So nice, friendly and communicative. She went out of her way to make sure we were set up and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about her.

This was a really great place to stay at , it really felt comfortable and felt like home. David was very communicative with me and it was just a great experience to stay at , I highly recommend booking through him!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

From the moment we arrived, Jin was an outstanding host. He was incredibly accommodating, always available to help whenever needed, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house itself was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean and so thoughtfully decorated, especially the stunning lion-themed decor that really made the space feel unique and special. The beds were super comfortable, and we all had the best night’s sleep during our stay. The hot tub was a great bonus, easy to use, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect—close to many stores and dining spots, making it super convenient for everything we needed. Loved the location as we grew up in the area and it felt like we were home again. Cozy, warm and invitingly charming. Will be returning in the future to enjoy again. Thank you for making our 50th wedding anniversary a walk down memory lane!😘🥰😍

Kelly & Kou were super helpful & the home was beautiful. My family & I thoroughly enjoyed the home. Watching the sunrise was a special treat. Plenty of space both indoors & out. Highly recommend.

The unit is as "cute" as advertised, spotlessly clean, and quite comfortable. It is close to the beach, nice restaurants, and downtown Long Beach. Sandy is a proactive, responsive host who anticipates potential problems, and she answers guest questions immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay at her place, and we will book it again, the next time we are in Long Beach.

Just want to say the place was beautiful, peaceful stay , very close to Disneyland park . Worth the stay . Anastasiya was very helpful, quick with connecting with her guests . I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at her lovely home .

We enjoyed the space, it was very homey. Although it is by a main busy street we had no issues with too much noise coming in. It's located in the middle of the places we had planned. Also less than 10 mins away from the airport.

Truong was so kind. The power in the kitchen tripped and I had called around 11pm, he picked up so fast and answered all my questions. The place is exactly as described and much more! It was so peaceful and clean. Only 10-15 mins away from Disney parking lot (traffic considered). All the amenities that was listed was available. He has everything from utensil to coffee pot in the kitchen, provided more than enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Would 100% recommend. If I were to go back to Disney I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, can highly recommend Fabi's house! It is in super convenient location for walking to the Convention Center. The house is a great set up for a larger party and equipped with really anything we needed. Especially great set up in the kitchen with more than sufficient supplies to cook and enjoy. We did not travel with kids but I would expect for them to really get a kick out of the garage-turned playroom with lots of accessories! Fabi is a great host, responsive and very detailed/clear in his communications. A nice size garden offers respite and the neighbourhood is quiet.

A truly delightful place ! Creative touches everywhere make it unique and welcoming . Musical instruments, cool textiles and decor, sweet little gardens spilling with colorful plants , serene jungly allyway, surprisingly silent at night too, (considering its 1 block from beach) bikes and surfboards - wow ! highly recommend

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Johanna and Benjamin's house. It was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. It was very close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again. We had a great time!
