We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

We had a great stay! The house is huge with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfy and the home was neat and tidy for us upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

A gorgeous home! Loved that the gorgeous pool was private and in the front of the house behind privacy trees and a gate. Such a beautiful thing to walk out to and made access to the home easy! The beds were so comfy. Private and peaceful street, five minutes to Ventura Blvd. Would definitely stay again! Quiet nights and happy memories :)

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Very spacious house with big bedrooms! The house certainly can accommodate a big family with the number of beds and how big each of the beds were. Good place to rest after a long day of activities! Simple and clear instructions to access the house which is always nice!

Edgar made me stay here the best experience ever. He is a great guy and the house itself is like winter wonderland. The house is peaceful really recommend staying here.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

This place and the host were amazing!! If you love Star Wars this is the place to be. The house was close to Disney and was in a very safe and quiet location. House had everything me and our family needed. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Can’t wait to stay again!

The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. This location and place was a perfect fit for me and my family. The pictures and descriptions of the home was exactly what we needed and it fit the description. We all felt right at home. The home was very nice, especially the pool and hot tub in the backyard. The host was very responsive before and during our stay! The hot tub did take several hours to get hot, so make sure you account for that. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is a little bit sparse. There is plenty of food nearby, though!

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Auch hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und eine schöne Stimmung, wenn die Sonne hinter den Hügeln untergeht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir persönlich fanden die Gebühren für die Heizung etwas zu hoch. Aber je nach Außentemperatur ist es auch gar nicht nötig, diesen zu heizen. Das Haus liegt vollkommen ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Man ist in dieser Gegend natürlich zu 100% auf das Auto angewiesen. Wir waren zu viert als Familie und fanden den Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet und sauber. Ebenso die Badezimmer. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Dessy.
