My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Perfect for our group of 6! Garage/game room was loved by kids and adults. Jacuzzi was the perfect end to the long days at Disneyland. House had everything you could need and more! Fully stocked kitchen, strollers, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, etc. They thought of everything. Highly recommend and will stay here or at one of the other properties Eric offers.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay while visiting the area and family. The location was perfect and also walkable to coffee, stores, restaurants and even a gym. The house is open and has several places in the home where we could gather.

Kylie was a wonderful host, her house was very clean, she was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay at this place again. 10/10 :)

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

Nice, clean, whimsical condo.

This is the perfect place to stay if you plan on doing Disney. Great walking distance, clean, safe and quiet neighbourhood. The host was very helpful and responsive. Lots of room and space for a family. Even if you happen to have a rain day and have to stay in lots of room to play games and relax. Clean and organized with comfy beds. It really had everything you would need for your vacation. Would stay again and will be recommending for others staying in the area.

Honestly, it was such a cute and cozy place. Very quiet, felt like home. The bed outside by the pool was amazing as well were able to lay out and relax. The area was quiet and easy to find parking. Amara was a great host. Very responsive, checked in on us and was accommodating. Made everything so much easier and peaceful.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

The Rancho Cottage was perfect for our week long stay a family of four with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Chantal was an amazing host and even made coloring books for our boys - one of just many thoughtful, special details. The pool area is stunning and was such a nice relaxing retreat, especially given the August heat in LA. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed each night. For anyone else with kids considering a stay, highly recommend Kidspace Museum in Pasadena, the Natural History Museum, and of course, Disneyland. All three were huge hits with our kids. Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Chantal! We loved meeting you and your pup, Theo and hope to be back!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.
