Jennifer's place was absolutely gorgeous! We we're a bit nervous about it being on someone's property but it felt so private, cozy, and homey!! The outside was stunning with the fruit trees and birds and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!! :))

James is an excellent host who was very communicative and had great pre-arrival instructions including a video. The space had queen beds in each bedroom although one is in a corner and a futon in living area you could sleep on but only for a short visit. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently enough for us to cook one meal of spaghetti and we enjoyed eating in the delightful courtyard area. Lush landscaping was enjoyed and the ability to launder some clothes with provided laundry soap was very helpful! Note the instructions on fridge to turn on gas to cottage if heat is needed. The space provided a place for two couples to stay but I wouldn’t recommend any women staying in this area alone.

Nice location - convenient and comfortable. Patrick was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We had a lot to accomplish in one week and this space was perfect to get some work done, relax and rejuvenate, and spend time with family. Since we had nice weather, the front screen door was especially nice for us to enjoy fresh air and sunshine.

Great spot to spend 10 days. Posh 1 was modern, well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is my second stay in Tanya's space and it was equally amazing. Her space is so beautiful, super clean, in a wonderful neighborhood, easy to access and super private. I always wish that I could stay longer. Her space is thoughtfully appointed and has everything you need plus great outdoor space. I will definitely be back again.

The place was super comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking really easy. Just keep in mind that there’s no extractor, but the ventilation is good. The bed was very comfy, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The shower was great, with good water pressure and no issues at all. Even though it’s an older place, it’s very well maintained, and we had no issues during our five-day stay. The location was perfect, really close to the beach and in a nice area. My mom and I had a great time, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

If your soul needs to be replenished, this is the place to refill. Gordon’s filled with enthusiasm and will make your stay unforgettable Just a short escape from LA, and suddenly.. you’re in a different world. Birds chirping like natures alarm clock, crisp mountain air brushing past endless greenery, and stillness that calms the busiest minds I feel much better prior and feel well rested, calm, hopeful and calm. This was a the easiest air bnb I’ve ever booked ! Avery was very responsive and I️ didn’t have to ask too many questions he had everything laid out . The house felt very safe and his dog is very friendly very suitable for a couple ! Vey clean and fast responses !

Lovely happy place. Beautiful peaceful and great friendly hosts. I felt at home and will be back. My dog loved sitting outside in a nice gated area & I got her many selfies on the flower wall.

Peaceful and relaxing stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful (and super friendly Ziggy too!). The Biggest Pro I didn't even realize I needed was the calm and ease of the neighborhood. We were always going, going, going with an event and activities, and here we could escape and decompress in this serene quiet space. I meet up with several friends staying at a nearby hotel and the stress they experienced with underground parking garages, broken down elevators, busy & one-way streets and entries was a lot. We got to completely avoid that and pull right up outside, park, and walk right in - no stress!

Dana and Chris have done a great job creating this peaceful and private retreat. It’s secluded from the main house and has nothing but mountains behind it. Got to see 3 deer during my stay. Super quiet - no road noise, no distractions, it was awesome!

Diana was such a helpful host! The place was so nice, inside and out! The bed and the darkening blinds were wonderful, especially after a busy day out and about. Great location as well, quite peaceful and a really nice view! Steps to the studio were easy, and parking wasn’t an issue at all since I found a spot at all times. Honestly would come back here next time I’m in the area again, highly recommend.

We felt really comfortable at this place, it has all the right staff to make your stay great. Good location, a quiet neighborhood, good restaurants in the area. Nichola is a great host.

Amazing cabin feel . Super clean and no stains . Everything is organized and was easy before even getting to the house. Parking is amazing . I recommend to people who are weary of driving or parking here, just take your time driving up the hill . Drive the speed limit & make sure you use your indicators properly in advance and you will have no issues at all pulling into the drive way. I did not have time to enjoy a coffee, but the hosts were amazing and left me some fruit in the morning as well! Very quiet & beautiful neighborhood . Looking forward to returning to Laurel Canyon

Richard's cottage is so idyllic it was hard to ever leave. It is nestled between a beautiful garden in the front (with 2 Adirondack chairs for reading, surrounded by lush south-Californian vegetation) & a secluded backyard with a beautiful pool. The garden lies in a migration pathway & the birdsongs were glorious & varied. I heard or saw Northern house wrens, black phoebes, goldfinches, Allen's hummingbirds, parakeets (!), bulbuls, yellow-rumped warblers, & northern mockingbirds - & we were only there for a weekend. The space was designed by an architect & landscape architect & anyone who enjoys botanical bounty will be delighted by the setting. Richard has a small dog who barks when he sees you but is very friendly & truly adorable. You will be staying in a cottage next to a house in which the host (Richard himself) resides. Richard is friendly & welcoming. We felt comfortable sitting by the pool. If I ever had cause to return to Highland Park, I would 100% return to this cottage.

Polina was an absolutely delightful Host. I traveled from the East Coast and the photos and descriptions were exactly as they were listed. The space was quiet, clean and exactly what I needed for this bucket list trip and my interactions with Polina were very pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with flowers and a great hot tub. The host was very kind and great at communicating. I will definitely look into staying again if I go back to LA.

We had a delightful time staying at Stacees place! It was very clean, TONs of amenities, even if your forgot a toothbrush there was extra (brand new of course)! The tv swivel was perfect to watch on the couch and the bed. I personally love old Chatsworth and being back in the canyon. The People living on the property were very kind and good to talk too. There dog was supper cute to 😊. Overall a great experience and am interested booking again !
