This is an exceptional property, well curated with an Italian theme, spacious, with a beautiful patio, pool area, and landscaping. The owners are meticulous with maintaining the property inside and out, and there are features that go well beyond a typical rental property. They were happy to walk us through the poperty and show us all the details, and assist with any questions or issues. We were able to walk to the local grocery stores, parks, and coffee shops, as there are many options to choose from. The pool is incredible, especially for small children. The house is beautifully lit and relaxing in the evenings. It's a short drive to Dana Point, Laguna, and Newport Beach. We had an exceptional stay at this property and would not hesitate to return for an extended stay.

A 30min drive to Disney and a great amount of space for family for all of us to stay. Wonderful AIRBNB

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

If you are looking for a five star amazing property in the Corona Del Mar area. Look no more. This property is the bomb. It sold me just on the beautiful amenities, but it also had the second bathroom, the washer and dryer and the designated parking spot. On top of all that, communication was awesome. A definite two thumbs up for this property and I will definitely be back .

This was a great space for rest and relaxation. Quiet neighborhood and the house has everything you need to be comfortable.

5 stars all around! Wish we could've stayed longer! Extensions were generously offered, but we had to be back in our town today so unfortunately we couldn't extend our visit. The weather was a bit too cold to utilize the pool but it was definitely still a nice, peaceful area to lounge at. I appreciate the privacy of the front patio and the entry was simply and sweet. The little touches around the house such as bowties for the paper towels and cookies left were very cute and made our short trip to Disney a little more magical. Would definitely recommend for families, each of my kids had their own room and ample space. The listing is exactly as pictured and the hosts were very friendly. 1000% better option than the local hotels. Check-in and check-out were simple and our trip was great. Thank you again!

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

We planned a family trip from out of state and found Ricardo's place to be the perfect place for our week long stay. In the words of my ten year old daughter towards the end of the week - "I love this place, this place is perfect". That says it all. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt rest and recharge each day. The pool was a great amenity, and its hard to beat the location. Centrally located in OC, we were close to all our friends and family. Would love to return for our next trip!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Our stay with Tiffany and Andy was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding in the area and stayed here with our wedding party and everyone loved the house! Tiffany and Andy were more than accommodating to us, and were both extremely responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The house is gorgeous and HUGE, we could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Monika was an absolute joy to have as a host. The house was beautiful and clean. The communication stood out the most to me, she’s right on top of responding. Helped all of us with any questions we had within minutes. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host Monika. Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is even more beautiful in person! It’s large with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. We stayed here with another family and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. A crib, strollers, and high-chair are also available. The yard is large and the pool is beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use it, but we are looking forward to on our next stay. It was overall such a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Sheldon and Yan’s Villa!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Mani was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions. We stayed with Yan during a business trip, and she and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. We had multiple packages being delivered, and she was so gracious and clear in her communication—truly above and beyond. We also had a couple of hours to enjoy the beautiful pool area, which was such a treat. Morning coffee by the pool was the perfect peaceful start to our day. Highly recommend!

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby's house! The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. Bobby was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had promptly. Great spot for my family to stay when they came into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is better than pictured. A bonus, we barely experienced any bugs outside. We spent a lot of time outside since it was so nice. Host were very friendly. Great location.

It was perfect and Newab was very helpful even when I asked way too many questions. I would absolutely rent from there again. the back yard is like you're in the bahamas.
