Needed a place in Acton, so it was perfect. Loved all the little kitchen and bathroom amenities. Loved the kitchen and living areas. Bed was too firm for me, but that’s just my personal preference. Thanks for the great stay!

Barbara and MauMau were great hosts! the área is really nice and close to the beach. She always communicated with us and answered all our questions. I defenitely recommend this place

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

This was a great stay!! Honestly one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed in. Great space, great amenities, charming touches, highly functional. Location was also prime. Tons to do downtown. Will was also a great and accommodating host. He let me store my bike in the airbnb and also brought me a heater when the weather was cold. Overall this was an outstanding stay! Well worth it.

John’s place is perfectly located for exploring Santa Monica! Loved being able to walk right out the door to run the Pacific Trail and find great restaurants within twenty minutes walking. Balcony is a nice little extra.

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Marias AirBnB. Das AirBnB sieht wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Check In war total easy, Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. An meinem Ankunftstag hat mir Maria geschrieben, da, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten, der Strom für einige Stunden ausfällt. Sie und ihr Ehemann haben mir proaktiv zwei Batterien in das AirBnB gestellt, damit ich Handy und andere elektronische Geräte aufladen konnte. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 5/5 ⭐️

Juan's place was great! Check in instructions were clear and the house was extremely clean and inviting. Amenities were basic but just what I needed for a quick weekend visit to LA.

Would 100% recommend this place!! It was so cute and in the perfect location. You can’t beat the price for this location. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

With the bay on one side and the ocean on the other, it's a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset! Don't miss paddle boarding around Naples Canal or paddling to visit the moon jellies. Shops and restaurants are nearby but not really within walking distance. Overall, I can't wait to come back to visit David’s paradise. Thanks

Wonderful stay at this gem of a place! It’s cute and cozy with everything needed for a week at the beach. The bed was so comfortable and I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning while I brewed coffee. The location is perfect, a few blocks to the beach, and while the garage was small, it came in handy when street parking was scarce. The hosts were so responsive and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

Perfect for a weekend in the city. Maxime is super responsive and friendly. Strongly recommend.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The place was super clean, had the most incredible view of LA and the building is super SAFE and thorough which really stood out to us as travellers. Place was very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes! James was also amazing to communicate with, quick responding, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in LA incredible!

This was my second stay with Julie, and the space was just as beautiful as the first unit. It was clean, spacious, and featured a huge patio with a gorgeous view of the pool and jacuzzi. The community is well-kept and has a very pet-friendly atmosphere. Julie is an exceptional host—always available and goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.
