Loved the place!!! I felt it was a just as I expected! The only thing that could have been better was the pull out bed —- a bit firm.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Tori was very responsive and even helped arrange for another pack n play for our little ones. The place was small and cozy and met all our needs. Parking wasn't an issue and the neighbors we met were all friendly.

Thanks to Jasmin for hosting us, we enjoyed the stay and would return!

Nicks place was very clean, walking distance to all the shops, mall, and restaurants. There was a very nice grocery store cross from home which I was purchasing g all the daily necessary goods, bread, egg, fruits and more

Such a nice place and made for a relaxing weekend. Hosts were amazing and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend !!

This condo was just perfect for our family. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the entrance was actually good. They did want us to go to a time share presentation (it wasn't a hard-sell approach), but we declined and it wasn't a problem. The condo itself was very clean and well furnished. There was a nice grocery store close. We used their barbeque. The miniature golf was very fun and we did several rounds of that. The pool and hot tubs were nice as well. The location was very close to Disneyland. We walked to the Toy Story parking area (maybe a 7 minute walk?) and then rode the free shuttle to Disneyland. It seemed like it was the right choice because they had us go through security before getting on the shuttle, and then when we arrived at the park we skipped the security there. Those lines were soooo long, so I think that was the right choice. Dorothy the host was very helpful and everything went very smoothly. We would stay there again! Thank you! :)

Brenda is a great host. She's caring and attentive. Highly recommend booking with Brenda, she makes everything go smoothly. This unit was nice, perfect for our family and half a block from the beach. Parking is easy with access to a large garage. Don't snooze on this one!

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Just a perfect place for us. Thank you our lovely host.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

Navid’s place was perfect for our purposes. Walkable to where we needed to be for work as well as walkable to groceries and coffee! Great layout for privacy even with coworkers, everything you need in the kitchen. Parking is a great perk (even though we didn’t really need it) as we noticed that street parking was not that available in the area. Navid was very communicative and access to the place was easy.

What a great stay! Lovely garden and in the perfect neighborhood. Camille and Mark were excellent communicators and gave some good local tips. Even though our flight was delayed they stayed up to meet us and show us the room. Would not even think about staying somewhere else when we come back to LA.

Perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. Parking can be a little bit of an issue. You might have to pull into the driveway and unload if you can't find a close enough parking space. Very clean and bright. Easy to get in. Would stay there again!

Modern and clean apartment in great condition. Furniture in great shape, beds were comfortable. Very nice unit. We did have a couple people in their 80s and getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge as the tub walls are very high.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
