Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Marias AirBnB. Das AirBnB sieht wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Check In war total easy, Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. An meinem Ankunftstag hat mir Maria geschrieben, da, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten, der Strom für einige Stunden ausfällt. Sie und ihr Ehemann haben mir proaktiv zwei Batterien in das AirBnB gestellt, damit ich Handy und andere elektronische Geräte aufladen konnte. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 5/5 ⭐️

The beds are incredibly comfortable and it’s a nice place to stay

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Lovely apartment! Comfy, clean, private and safe! The location is great, there is a coffee shop and several restaurants in walking distance, and it is easy to get to Santa Monica downtown. The area is safe and peaceful. The apartment is a great fit for a staycation, it is quiet and clean. Love this place!

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

We enjoyed the space and layout. Bathroom was spotless and fully stocked. Kitchen was large and spacious. Couch, sitting area and TV made a comfortable stay. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at Kate's place! She was super communicative and had solutions for everything we needed, making the stay smooth and stress-free. Even after our booking ended, she went out of her way to help us when we thought we left something behind—huge thanks for that! The space itself was great, though the couch could use an update. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear the neighbors, but that’s just the charm of older buildings in LA. Overall, a solid stay with a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay at Matthew’s place in Venice. Host was super responsive and friendly and the house was as advertised. Walkable to Venice beach, restaurants and coffee shops and a quick 5-minute uber over to Santa Monica. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

Excellent accommodations for up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master suite and bath are huge and very comfortable. Rooftop deck and sitting area is great to unwind and relax. Kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Lots of things to do and great restaurants in Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Michael was very helpful and made himself available to assist with the projector. Couldn't have been happier with how things went. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Ted saved the day! We had booked another property through a different rental service and that owner never showed up leaving us stranded. We booked Ted's place literally at the last minute. He was so accommodating and his place ended up being better than original place we had booked! Condo has a full size, 2 car garage which is amazing for Newport! The location was right next to beach, restaurants and bars, convenient stores. comfy beds, t.v.'s in all rooms. Great stay,

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I’m picky… and this was very clean, super comfortable beds. Note the “no essentials” I think he does and he pays it off every month listed in amenities is referring to the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper, no oil, no food products of any kind. (Not a problem just good to know if you plan to cook.)

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

We had an excellent stay at Mike’s place. The unit itself was a bit nicer than I had anticipated based on the pictures and reviews. The location was great, being close to the beach and many of the cool activities and places on the peninsula, and yet feeling relatively peaceful and neighborhood-like at the same time. I was wondering what to expect regarding the bed given some of the other reviews, but my wife and I found it to be quite comfortable (and my Garmin watch assures me my “sleep score” was higher than average). Lastly, Mike was very professional and responsive at all times. Well will definitely considering staying in his unit again in the future.
