Noreen’s apartment had everything we needed. It’s close to everything in DTLA and there’s parking next door to the apartment building. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing, with everything looking just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The hosts were amazing – super friendly, attentive, and responded to our questions very quickly. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Amazing place. Nicole is a great host. She made us feel at home. We really appreciated her kindness in answering all of our questions. She also gave us a Christmas gift and was flexible with check-in and check-out. The building is so cool; there are trees and a calm environment in the middle of the city. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and it had everything we needed. We will come back. Thanks!

We were very happy with our stay. Having lived in the area for 36 years we knew what we needed and Christopher's place fit the bill. Close to all kinds of shopping, close to freeways, close to OC airport, Newport Beach and everyone we needed to see. The apartment matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was very, very clean and uncluttered. The bedroom had a large walk-in closet and a very comfortable bed. The washer and dryer were great. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. No hesitation in recommending Christopher's apartment.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay in DTLA. Would stay again! Place was very clean and has a beautiful view of the City. The description was accurate and the host was very helpful during the our stay.

Fue muy amena, muy completo todo en el apartamento, especialmente en la cocina cuenta con todo lo que se necesita, nos falló el internet dos días, pero en términos generales todo estuvo bien

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.

Such a fun place to stay! Rooftop pool and hot tub were great, doorman and neighbors were friendly, and the space was big and comfortable. Location was also fun with bars/restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very relaxing, peaceful, private and everything you could ask for. Restaurants/cafe/markets and very close by as well.

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

it was so nice staying here!! the actual space was clean and well appointed. the bed was comfy. i loved the private garden and the wifi was strong enough that i was able to work outside! i think my favorite thing is the location - i loved going for walks throughout the day at the silver lake reservoir and around the neighborhood. overall, a great stay. i definitely will be back 😊

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Got this place to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my husband and boys.. we all absolutely loved this place.. super nice and clean.. the neighborhood is beautiful , quiet and safe.. Jay always communicated with me.. always answering my questions.. I am grateful that he let me check in early.. that was so kind of him. Thank you for everything

Very cute house, in the great Atwater Village neighborhood. We loved the open kitchen, with green cabinets. And really appreciated that the place came with books, toys and stuff for our toddlers!

This is an excellent option for Redondo Beach. The unit is well supplied and definitely has a female touch, the outdoor space is a lovely extra. Angela was kind and helpful, and Bailey came over to see us most days. The option to use the bikes and access the Strand so easily was definitely a big plus.

Lovely getaway! Super clean and neat space. Walkable to convenience store, neighborhood felt safe with plenty of street parking space. Would highly recommend for small groups!
