I can only heartily recommend this place. We booked for almost one week and had an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay. The cabin is really private and is super clean. The deck was great for sunbathing and resting. A perfect base to stay at for exploring the surrounding area (Yosemite, Oakhurst, Mariposa, ...) while you can unwind in your private place. Amazing Airbnb!

My family and I wanted a peaceful Christmas in a quiet and beautiful setting and this hit the mark completely. We saw very few people and had a spectacular time cooking, relaxing, and marveling at nature. We all slept incredibly well as the mattresses were just right for us. We all commented how comfortable the beds were. Very enjoyable stay.

The house was perfect for my weekend stay! The house was super spacious and was exactly as described! Our favorite part was the fire pit we sipped wine and made s’mores! The distance from the house to the south entrance of Yosemite was also very easy to get to so it was perfect overall!

10 out of 10 all around. One of the most comfortable and beautiful places we've had the pleasure to stay in. One night we even returned to a small herd of mule deer lazily grazing on the lawn. It was a magical few days here and we hope to return again the next time we're in the area. Plus, you really can't beat the amenities at this location and Beth is delightful.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

Shell is a great host. Shes very welcoming and it made my family feel right at home. Her place is very clean and it had EVERYTHING we forgot to pack. Her dogs were very friendly too :) this location is about 1 hour from Yosemite entrance. It has been one of my favorite places to stay ans will be back.

The instructions for check in and finding the place were clear but coming after dark made it hard to find the path! Consider putting lights on the path and maybe putting the name of the person staying on the door to help them find it a little easier. Overall, wonderful home! Very peaceful area! Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Juan was exceptionally responsive and kind. Although my visit was brief, the house suited my needs perfectly. There was ample space for parking my boat and truck, and the driveway made it easy to maneuver the trailer. The entrance had a bit of loose gravel and a slight incline, but I had no trouble going up with the trailer. The interior of the house was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and furniture that exceeded my expectations. It was also a short drive to the boat ramp to lake Don Pedro. I enjoyed seeing the animals and would happily recommend this place to families with children. Thank you so much, Juan!

Great spot for getting alot out of a trip to Yosemite. The drive isn't far and town (Mariposa) isn't far from the cabin. Totally has the home away from home feel and touch. No suggestions no advice. Simply had everything needed for a great stay.

We loved our stay! The home had everything we needed and very spacious. We felt right at home! The weather was perfect during our stay and the little walk to the beach area wasn’t too difficult. There are plenty of stores nearby as well. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It was a little hard to find the cabin at first but we found it eventually. Danielle’s video showing us how to get there was very helpful. She’s very attentive and quick in response. We had a good time staying there. The cabin was clean, well equipped and stocked.

Sheila's place was a wonderful visit! The interior decor was unique and fun with lots of trinkets and historical bits and bobs to look at -- the kitchen was especially accommodating as my fiancé and I love to cook when we travel. Wine and glasses as well as a Hickory Farms cheese and sausage spread were provided which made for an extra cozy and fancy night for our anniversary get-away. We absolutely loved waking up to the backyard rooster and him hanging out with us as we had our morning coffee -- what a character! Sheila was also very sweet and responsive upon checkout when we had left one of our jackets inside and returned to get it. Overall, great, comfortable, and fun little Western-style AirBnB! Our friends were definitely asking us about it. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

It’s a beautiful place with stunning wood flooring and lovely wood-framed doors. The property is spacious and even has an extra loft, which was cozy and peaceful—perfect for my parents and uncles. The space was great overall, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. However, we noticed some issues. The bathroom floors were dirty, and the higher windows had webs and dust. The “shoes-off” rule made it a bit difficult to navigate the stairs. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty, and the water from the faucets and shower was yellowish and seemed dirty. It was also filthy underneath the cushions of some of the couches. The futon was uncomfortable, as you could feel the springs. The grill and driveway were both full of acorns, which was inconvenient. These issues should be addressed, especially since we are paying a cleaning fee. It’s a beautiful space, but these details affect the overall experience.

Valarie’s listing was perfect for a weekend trip to Yosemite, just about half an hr to the south entrance. It is also just a few mins from a couple food spots, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The space is very clean and the decor is adorable. She is very accomodating and everything she has set in place for the guests is thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend picking this place, especially if you’re planning a trip to Yosemite!

This was a fantastic stay in a beautiful cabin located in a beautiful area. We will come again. I want to emphasize the responsiveness of the host; it never took more than a few minutes to get a response. Also, I want to emphasize the beauty and character of this cabin. So much detail and cool features (like an amazing fireplace); we felt right at home. The hosts were flexible with our pup.

Cecilia’s place is in a very peaceful area and we felt very comfortable. Her pups Maggie and Rigg are also very welcoming and adorable. We’ll definitely come back.

The vacation home was cozy , clean and had everything you need. The kitchen was perfectly equiped for cooking and everything else. The farm is super quiet and privat, perfect for some days off of a busy city life. To Mariposa it is just a 20 min drive if you want to do some shopping or dining. We met the owner Wade who was super friendly and offered us a ride or to show us around. A bonus are defintily the farm animals, that roam around free (donkeys, goats, cats, a tiny pig..). After feeding them some carrots and apples (with Becky’s permission) we became good friends with them and they would always show up and greet us ;) Over all we would recommend this place!

Beautiful cabin amongst the rolling hills, tucked away 30 mins north of Fresno. Most ideal if you’re just looking to spend most of your time outside like we did. Amazing fire pit and plenty of space to roam around on the acreage. Mark was a great host, keen to help and always responsive. Small town 5 mins away with a general store if you’re in need of last minute supplies. There isn’t much cell service there, and it’s not self check-in as the hosts meet you at the door, but this is all flagged in the Airbnb description.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathy’s place, one of our most unforgettable experiences for our California trip. We really enjoyed the breakfast and snacks, the mattress, the yard which is a good stargazing spot at night.

We loved our stay at Marjorie’s for the weekend, it’s a great base for exploring Yosemite national park. The house was well stocked, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Sunny was so warm and welcoming and so were her pets! She was very communicative and just a phone call away. This was the perfect respite I needed from life in the Bay Area. This location is quite remote and in the country but close enough to a very cute downtown with lots of shops and friendly people.
