We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft from start to finish. It was everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay. The hot tub under the stars was heavenly and we loved that the Hayloft and hot tub were almost to the treetops. This property had everything we needed for our romantic stay during the Christmas holiday. It's also minutes away by car to beautiful beaches and a short drive to Fort Bragg which has amazing shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The Hayloft is Highly recommended!

I was so sad to leave the River House! It was peaceful and private even with hosts on the same plot of land. The house is beautiful and full of thoughtful details, and we loved spending slow mornings reading and playing piano taking in the natural surroundings. We originally chose to stay here because the house itself looked amazing and like a lot of fun for our dogs to play in the River, then we fell in love with Ukiah too. We hope to come back and kayak when it’s warmer out. Thanks for having us

A wonderful jewel nearby Mendocino. We celebrated my mother’s bday here, and it was a lovely and relaxing weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the sauna was amazing. All in all, an absolute dream!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, cozy, and had beautiful surroundings. It was our first trip to the ocean and I am sure we picked a perfect place to stay.

My family had a wonderful five day stay in early April at this lovely Fort Bragg property situated on a bluff with views of the ocean. It is an excellent location from which to explore the Mendicino and Fort Bragg beaches as well as spectacular coastal State parks and is close to shopping and restaurants. The spacious home was well equipped to handle my group of 8 which included one infant and two toddlers. Shri provided us with a crib and highchair and the young adults enjoyed the hot tub and indoor basketball games. I would certainly stay here again during my next family visit to this beautiful, peaceful area. Gabriella Uhlar-Heffner

My girlfriends and I booked Emily's place for a girl's trip. The original date for us did not work out and, Emily was very understanding and allowed us to reschedule our stay. We had an amazing time at her place. It is easy to get to, clean and it was very comfortable. Emily has done a great job with this place. You cannot go wrong booking her place for a visit. It is beautiful and a perfect place for a vacation. We all wish we could have stayed longer. We felt right at home. Emily even had a "welcome" snack basket waiting for our arrival.

Great place to stay near Elk, CA. The view from the space to the ocean is amazing. I sat at the table and worked each day while looking out at the ocean. Drove to town but could have easily walked within 5 minutes or so, and from there a easy walk down to the beach. Overall a great stay

It’s our second time staying working remote. My family was able to enjoy the coast and take a trip on the train and I was able to work without issue while hosting a few conference calls. The flat is a couple blocks from downtown proper and we were able to meet up afterward. Downtown was easy walking distance and we had no problem grabbing things and cooking back at the flat. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the windows.

I was so comfortable at Linda’s Rosebud Farm! She went way above and beyond, to make sure I had everything I needed. The place has lots of special touches, was cozy and lovely. I was grateful for her place to come home to during a recent move. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary. I enjoyed the view from the deck. I could look out on her cows, her horse and lots of turkeys. Linda herself is a wonderful host and I enjoyed getting to know her!

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

Love this place! Stayed here for a few weeks and couldn’t have picked a better location. Has a view of the ocean (where you can watch sunset) and is walking distance to everything in town. Quiet corner and cozy spot. Will definitely be back!
