Villa Rosa is in a great location in the beautiful town of Conversano. There are lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. The town itself is charming with fewer tourists, but still within reach to the seaside towns such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino are also nearby. Overall, Villa Rosa was a great base to explore the region. We were given lots of recommendations from the host and communication was good. The garden and pool area was a highlight, very relaxing and well maintained. There is parking right outside the villa which is free most of the day except between 7pm-Midnight, and only cost a few euros. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The best Airbnb we ever stayed in! After seeing all the photos and videos we made, all our friends and family would love to stay at Villa Rosa Resort next summer. We had the best time possible as a family of four (two kids, age 3 and 5). The park around the Airbnb is just beautiful with the swimming pool as an absolute highlight. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend everyone to stay at Villa Rosa Resort if they have the chance! Donato is the best host you could wish for.

Das Apartment befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Es befindet sich in der Nähe von kostenlosen Stränden. Der Vermieter Riccardo war sehr zu vorkommend und sehr Gastfreundlich. Auf Fragen hat er sehr schnell geantwortet. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella Dimore sul Mare, la vista dalla terrazza è impareggiabile; l’appartamento risulta molto pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario. L’host è molto accogliente, attivo e simpatico. Consigliamo fortemente l’appartamento se si passa a Bari.

És més que excelent. Tot i que les fotografies i la descripció de l'anunci estan bé, la realitat les supera. Està ben situada i té de tot molt aprop. S'aparca davant de la casa. Nosaltres l'hem utilitzat com a base per visitar la Vall d'Itria. L'Stefania i la seva família són un encant.

Die Unterkunft war wundervoll. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Selbst beim Gepäck hat er geholfen und uns Wasser für die Fahrt gegeben. Das einzige Manko war die Heiligkeit durch fehlende Jalousien. Für meinen Freund war es allerdings ausreichend dunkel. Es standen kostenlos Wasser und Snacks zur Verfügung. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet (bis auf nur 1 Weinglas) es gab sogar Gewürze und Essig und Öl. Alles in allem war es ein toller Besuch und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Meer war nicht zugänglich, ein Steg würde das Problem lösen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war, selbst für uns, als Camper sehr spartanisch, kein Kochtopf, ein Weinglas, Schüsseln, Essstäbchen, Teller, Tassen usw. haben auch gefällt. Der Ausblick grandios und das Ristorante Adriatica Fantastisch. Alles vom Meer super frisch und cruda😊 Das Personal super freundlich. Die benachbarten Strände sind gar nicht schön, der Flughafen Bari sehr gut zu erreichen.

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Alloggio nuovo e pulito in una struttura recentemente ristrutturata e con parcheggio riservato. A due passi (nel vero senso) dal mare e con tutto quello che serve e che è citato nella descrizione. Self check in facile e con codice (niente chiavi, comodissimo!). Host talmente gentile che sapendo che viaggiamo con la nostra cagnolina ci ha fatto trovare una cuccia per lei e le ciotole. Graditissima sorpresa segno di attenzione al cliente assolutamente apprezzata e non scontata. Ottima esperienza da consigliare.

Spacious and comfortable flat near the center of Bari, the place looks exactly like the photos shown in the listing. Alfo is a great host, he helped me to have the best focaccia barese in town 👌🏻✨

My wife, son and I spent 4 days in Francesco’s condo. The place was well situated, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town but close enough to get to by foot. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Francesco provided free on premise parking which was nice. Francesco also greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and other goodies. That’s a really nice gesture. Definitely recommend Francesco’s condo.

Highly recommended the Calammare Apartments are located right on the sea front, in a quiet and peaceful area just outside the old town of Molfetta. Our apartment offered 'Breath-taking Sea Views' with ‘Stunning Sunsets’. The apartment was of modern design, open plan, spacious, bright, clean and well equipped with a spacious balcony. The host here was professional, helpful and accommodating, but not intrusive. There are two excellent Seafood Restaurants adjacent to the apartments, both located on the seafront. With a car, these apartments are also ideally located for visiting many sights in Puglia, including the nearby city of Bari and the beautiful old towns of Molfetta, Giovinazzo, Trani , Alta Mura to name just a few. Well deserving it’s high rating on Airbnb!

Lorenzo’s place is not your typical AibBnb, it is a true GEM; spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and meticulously decorated. It was extremely hot in Bari during our July 2024 stay there, well working air-conditioning was a God-sent feature. Located just south of the Centrale Train Station - 5 min walking distance, it is conveniently located if you want to take daily trips to to small coastal towns such as Polignano a Mare. We enjoyed our daily walks to the downtown and Old Town areas. Lorenzo had great dining and daily trip recommendations for us as well.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura e non posso che esprimere un giudizio più che positivo. L’alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La pulizia è impeccabile, con ambienti perfettamente igienizzati e profumati. Un altro punto di forza è l’host, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fin dal primo contatto è stato gentile e rapido nelle risposte, fornendoci consigli utili su ristoranti e attrazioni della zona. Durante il soggiorno ha dimostrato grande ospitalità, assicurandosi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca un’esperienza confortevole e senza pensieri. Sicuramente tornerò!

Tökéletes új apartman gyönyörű helyen. Az óváros egy 10 perces sétára található, amit a tengerparti sétányon tudsz megtenni. Giuseppe fogadott minket a megbeszéltek szerint. Köszönünk neki mindent! :) Rengeteg hasznos tanáccsal látott el minket. A közelben 2 supermarket is megtalálható 2 perc sétával. Makulátlan tisztaság, kényelem! Biztosan vissza fogunk még térni!
