Casa Chiarli è un piccolo angolo di pace in terra. Scelta da noi per l'ottima posizione per visitare la zona, siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto. Tanti piccoli dettagli che ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti, Marco è un ottimo padrone di casa. Attento alle esigenze di chi ospita. Solerte nel dare risposte alle varie domande che abbiamo posto e pronto ad accoglierci. Grazie Marco!

Besten Dank für die tollen & erholsamen Tage in Eurer Unterkunft. Wir haben unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen geniessen können. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, absolut privat und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Besten Dank auch für die tolle Kommunikation. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

L'appartamento si trova in zona molto tranquilla e periferica rispetto al centro, raggiungibile a 2 minuti di macchina, ed è stata una buona soluzione per Capodanno con un cane; inoltre è circondato da un terreno con giardino molto grande. È dotato di tutto il necessario e l'arredamento è molto bello, tra modernità e vintage 😍 Claudia ci ha accolti al check-in ed è stata sempre molto disponibile. Unici due appunti secondo noi da tenere in considerazione: l'appartamento si trova al primo piano, per arrivarci c'è una scala di ferro aperta e il nostro cane ha avuto più volte paura a scendere; inoltre il giardino non è completamente recintato. In generale, comunque, ci siamo trovati molto bene 😊

un séjour parfait chez Caterina ! très flexible, facilitante et chaleureuse, le contact avec elle a été très agréable. la maison est simple et tout le nécessaire y est. son emplacement est idéal : proche d'une petite plage, des commerces, à 20min de Gênes en bus et à 20 min du port de Nervi à pieds, qui vaut le détour avec sa jolie balade ! nous avons séjourné la bas avec notre fille de 4 ans et notre bébé de 2 mois. au plaisir de revenir chez vous !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans son logement, il est à proximité du métro pour rejoindre le centre ville. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte

Wer eine familiäre Unterkunft inmitten der Natur sucht ist hier richtig. Hier bist Du nie allein. Alice ist sehr herzlich und das Haus steht in einem wunderschön wildem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Hier kann man gut die Seele baumeln lassen und entschleunigen. Sehr zu empfehlen. ❤️

Great place to stay. Patio overlooking the valley was a lovely spot to sit and relax. The patio was perfect for meals outside as well. Patricia was wonderful to work with, very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Great hiking trails throughout the area.

We stayed at the Grappolo House for 10 days and had a wonderful time here. The view is the definite highlight, especially in the Big Garden you can really savor the beautiful ligurian scenery. It all felt very peaceful and quiet away from the bustle of the coastal towns in the valley. The location is atop of a hill, so be aware that you have to drive the typical italian serpentine roads to the top. Casale in Vigna is one of the very last houses on this hill, so there is pretty much nothing else but the "wilderness" and forest around the property (which we loved). The apartment itself was exactly as described, furnished homely and very clean. It has all the basic necessities that one may need. Giulia was a wonderful and very helpful host, the communication was quick, friendly and smooth with her. Overall we had a lovely and peaceful experience here!

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Guido und alles war wunderbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, das Bett war für eine Schlafcouch sehr bequem und schön groß. Die abgeschlossene Garage ist das I-Tüpfelchen des Appartements 😀, Parkplätze waren auch in der Nebensaison Mangelware in Rapallo. Die Lage war für uns ideal: fußläufig ins Zentrum, zum Bahnhof (ideale Anbindung nach Genua oder Cinque Terre) oder zum Supermarkt. Sollten wir wieder mal in die Gegend kommen würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne bei Guido einchecken.

E' il secondo anno che decidiamo di trascorrere qualche giorno a Nervi durante le vacanze natalizie soggiornando negli appartamenti gestiti da Lidia. Il monolocale è ubicato in un residence a pochi passi dalla Passeggiata di Nervi e la stazione dei treni, che offre un ottimo collegamento anche per chi vuole recarsi a Genova centro. L'appartamentino è equipaggiato in modo ottimale, con asciugamani, lavatrice, un'ampia parete attrezzata con la cucina, piatti, pentole, stoviglie ecc. un divano e un letto da una piazza e mezzo. Lidia è stata un host molto gentile, proattiva e precisa nel fornire informazioni.

Fabrizio provided a perfect stay like a family environment, the house is great, the view is magnificent, a peaceful stay, also wine service and the wine that came again instead of the broken bottle, everything was great.

Exceptionally beautiful place. Stairs may be an issue for some but for us was fine.

Illarias Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz, sie hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und dazu gehört ein gepflegter Pool zum Schwimmen. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Altstadt von Sestri L, der Bahnhof ist in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Illaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat den Check-In und Out einfach und komfortabel organisiert, hat interessante Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Illaria.

Esperienza molto bella, la vista della casa è spettacolare, ulivi e mare. La casa era dotata di tutto comfort ed il grande giardino che circonda la casa è sicuramente un plus! Consigliatissima per chi ama la pace, la tranquillità e la vista.

Appartamento molto bello e moderno. Accogliente e confortevole. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con l'uso del riscaldamento in casa. Ottimo sarebbe anche aggiungere un forno a microonde. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e non escludo ritornarci.

Excellent apartment with all the necessities for a longer stay. Excellent well equipped kitchen, beautiful stylish interior, two excellent bathrooms. Is actually perfect for people with reduced mobility (not for full wheelchair). Lift in the appartement building, lift Down to the city center with shopping street and from there lift to the beach promenade. Beautiful hikes can be made up the hills.

Un séjour parfait ! L'appartement est magnifique, avec un plafond typiquement italien qui ajoute beaucoup de charme. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement incroyable, un vrai plaisir au réveil. La communication avec Giulia a été simple et efficace, elle est très réactive et toujours prête à aider. De plus, la proximité des commerces est un vrai plus, tout est accessible à pied. Je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und ein Hund hatten genügend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Superblick ins Tal und sehr gute Ausgangslage in die Stadt bzw. für Ausflüge. Zu empfehlen sind u.a. die zwei Restaurants ca.3 km bergauf "Al Bocco" und "Pepen". Die Schifffahrten fallen gerne aus, deshalb empfehlen wir mit dem Zug zu fahren. Am Strand gibt es für Hundebesitzer das Bagno Giardini, 30,-€/Tag, nebenan ist der freie Hundestrand (steinig).Tipp: Stabfeuerzeug für den Gasherd einpacken.

L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione: a 10 minuti di macchina dalla prima spiaggia a Recco e a due passi dalla fermata del pullman. Veramente comodo il parcheggio privato. All'interno tutto è pulito e provvisto dell'indispensabile. Ottima comunicazione anche con l'host.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Lucia und Bruno und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist toll, mitten in der Natur. Mit vielen Oliven- und Erdbeebäumen. Es gab auch eine Schaukel für unser Kleinkind. Wir haben Fasane, Rehe und viele Eidechsen gesehen. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Deiva Marina wo es Restaurants, Läden und den Strand gibt.
