10人で滞在しました。 中は広々で窮屈感はなく、よく管理されていて綺麗だと思います。 近くに民家がある訳では無いですが、開けていて声がよく響くので、テラスで大声を出すと対岸の民家に迷惑かもしれませんので泊まれる方はご配慮を。 楽しく過ごせたのでよかったです。

This is a wonderful house in the Kitayama range. It is spacious and has the nice touch and feel of the 80's with all the furniture and equipment one expects from a Japanese home. The host, Noriko-san, is a lively and extremely kind person. She arranged my arrival with much care, found out the best train and bus route for me and organised my being picked up at the bus station. She came and stayed at the guesthouse for half of my stay (we agreed on that before I booked) and it was a pleasure sharing time with her and the manager of the house who lives near by. Both where extremely obliging and helped me exploring around. I warmly recommend it for those searching for the sound of silence.

とても使いやすい間取りと広さ、シンプルで、清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 犬を連れての滞在でしたが、犬好きのAtsushiさんはとても鷹揚で、お陰で犬も自由に伸び伸びと過ごすことが出来たと思います。 また、長い滞在中、Atsushiさんの程よい距離感と丁度良いタイミングでの気配りは大変有り難かったです。 これほどのペットファーストの宿は滅多にないのでは？と思います。 犬連れの方にはおすすめの宿です。 是非また泊まりに行かせていただきたいと思っています。

This place was so great to do camping style stay for beginners. I’ve recommend to use this place for everyone .

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Kuwana! The house is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with plenty of comfortable beds to accommodate our group. The open-concept living and dining area was perfect for gathering and relaxing after a fun day at Nagashima Spa Land. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Maki is an outstanding host, providing clear communication and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place near Nagashima Spa Land, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again! くつろぎやすい広々とした空間と、整頓された家具や、料理器具によって快適な時間を過ごす事ができました。

Amazing place and amazing host. She even sent someone to pick me up from nearest bus stop. Very proactive and polite communication. She went to an extend of lending her bicycle to me for local sightseeing. Thanks for all the help and support

ロケーションがとても素晴らしかったです。目の前には海があり、天気が良かった事もあり星がすごく綺麗に見えました！ BBQ機材等もしっかり揃ってありましたので、問題ありませんでした。 調味料や炭などは持参した方が良いです！ 道中かなり狭い道があり、軽自動車で行きましたが、ギリギリでしたので、ワゴン車等で通るのは厳しいと思います。 ファミリーで過ごしましたが、皆が大満足で過ごせる宿でした！

첫 나고야 여행에서 고민끝에 선택한 숙소!! 나고야역에서 조금 거리가 있다고 생각했지만 집근처 후타츠이리에서 다섯정거장!! 렌트카로 가기도 편합니다. 동네는 조용하고 평화로운 분위기~ 집은 깨끗하고 넓고~ 물이 너무 부드럽게 잘 나왔어요 최고!! 다음 나고야 여행도 저는 무조건 여기입니다!! 강추!!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house is full of charm and tucked away in such a quiet, relaxing area — hearing the little stream outside the windows was so calming. The space was super clean, cozy, and had a great mix of traditional and modern touches. We especially loved the tatami rooms and the carved wood bathroom — everything felt thoughtful and unique. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen or the BBQ area, it was nice knowing they were there. The whole house had a peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind. It was such a nice break from the city, and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, authentic countryside experience!

I had an amazing one week stay and I would definitely love to come back again for longer. It's located in a nice really quiet neighbourhood with convenient access to Sakae and Nagoya station. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, all the amenities were great, the host is very kind and helpful.

Eine kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Fur eine Person mehr als ausreichend. Die Unterkunft war in der Nähe einer Bahnhaltestelle, mehrerer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Gerne komm ich noch einmal wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

8人での利用でしたが、シャワーが3つありとても使いやすかったです。ビリヤード台も綺麗でとても楽しめました。

会社のオフサイトMTGで使わせて頂きました。 非常にプライベートな空間で、 チーム6人で部屋の中でしっかり話し合いのMTGができ、 また外ではBBQで和気あいあいとすごす事ができました。 待ち合わせの場所まで迎えに来て頂き、 親切に宿泊施設まで先導・案内を頂き、使用の仕方を丁寧に教えて頂きました。 本当に非常によい時間を過ごせたと思います。ありがとうございました！！！

とても静かな場所で、穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。周囲に人がいないのでとても静かでゆったりとした空間でした。とても満足しています。 隣の棟にホストの方がいらっしゃったので何かあればすぐに対応していただけます。焚き火をする際に光量の強いLED照明を消していただけないかお願いしたところ、快く対応していただきました。焚き火と星空を堪能することができました。

こちらの手違いでチェックインがかなり遅れたにも関わらず、柔軟に、迅速に、丁寧に対応していただきました。室内も綺麗で、アメニティも充実して非常に快適な時間でした。家族全員のお気に入りになりました。近々、犬を迎える予定なので、次は5人＋1匹でリピートしたいと思います。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

犬と一緒に利用させていただきました。 外は雪が降ってかなり寒かったですが、室内はとても暖かくて快適でした。 近くに色々お店やコンビニもあるし駐車場も敷地内で、かなり便利です。 また機会があったら利用させていただきたいです。

至れり尽くせりで感心しました。敢えて言うなら犬連れだったのですが、せっかく芝生スペースがあったのにフェンス等不完全でドッグランにはならなかった位でしょうか。

This is my 4th time staying at にゃん’s. Whenever I am in Nagoya, I know that I can feel at home here. As soon as I walk in, it does feel like coming home. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here (it would’ve been more, but as you all know, COVID wrecked the world’s travel plans), not much has changed. It’s a reliable, quiet place to come back to after sightseeing or even to make a home base for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Gifu, Mie, even as far as Fukuoka (wake up early for this!). As much as I love the apartment, the standout highlight is still the host, にゃん. When I couldn’t figure out something, or got lost wandering sightseeing, they were there to help. From the moment you become their guest, they want to make sure you have the best experience of Japan possible. Treat にゃん well, because they will treat you well. The epitome of “omotenashi” — the Japanese tradition of hospitality.
