Great spot for a group of four friends. Convenient location next to the Oedu line and walking distance from museums, Nakamoto-dori street, and more. Not much space for hanging out in the room, but if you’re spending your days doing activities around Tokyo it’s perfect.

Yuko and Nick provided us with not just a comfortable place to stay, but also a true sense of Japanese hospitality—going above and beyond in every way. Despite the affordable price, the amenities rival those of a five-star hotel. The space is clean, convenient, and the towels? So fluffy! Thank you both—you’re one of the reasons we’re already looking forward to our next trip to Japan.

Shishi no Ma was literally something out of an artists mind. When you step into the building, you're greeted by a clean and organized space of the lobby. Extremely aesthetic wood and the most relaxing of scents. The room itself was very nice and we could appreciate all the work and effort put into creating the room. From the artwork, to the interior design, everything had a lot of thought placed in it. The room had custom Dyson blow dryer and attachment for example. The same scent filled the room and our stay was extremely comfortable. Our host was very responsive and flexible when it came to luggage storage prior to check-in and after check out. Our luggage was even brought into our room which we were not expecting at all! Overall, an amazing place that we would definitely come back to check out the other rooms from Sunpika.

Wonderful spot in Asakusa. Perfect place to stay for family of five with three small kids. Elaine was very responsive and the everything was clean. And you can’t beat that view of the Skytree from the balcony at night. Would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious room and great location!

Such a great stay for your trip to Tokyo! Shimokitazawa is the perfect neighborhood to be staying in. Seems very relaxed but it is easily accessible to all other parts of Tokyo, and has an amazing music/food/shopping scene.

The place was perfect for a family of 6, 2 adults, 2 adult children, teenager and a toddler! Would stay again!
