The house was very beautiful and spacious. It was a little inconvenient to get to. Either 2000 yen cab or a 30 mins bus/walk from the train station. That adds a lot of time to any trips you are doing in Tokyo. But it makes up for that in the spacious house. We all had a room which was nice and everything was very clean and new feeling. The only thing I would add is that there are not much amenities like coffee mugs and plates. Also the check out time is very early. But all in all it was a good Airbnb experience.

this is one of the most heartwarming trips i’ve ever had. hotaka is kind and thoughtful. u can be a getaway traveler from city and have a mentally healing experience with hotaka and friends here:) feel grateful that i can spend my new year eve with hotaka and her fam n friends

這是一個寧靜優美的住宅區，距離龍貓森林與狹山湖非常近。入住時剛好遇到寒冷的天氣，房東為我們提供溫暖的電毯、電暖爐和暖氣。起居室與房間都非常溫暖舒適。每天的探險之旅之後，能有最棒的休息空間，也能輕鬆洗衣、烘衣，讓行程變得輕鬆自在，很有家的感覺。

This was our third time staying at an AirBnB in Tokyo and probably our favorite! Eric was super great at communicating and had a ton of information. The location was wonderful. 10min to Etchujima Station, 10min to Monzen Nakacho Station, 10min to a nice mall and grocery store all by walking at an easy pace. From the two stations you can get anywhere in Tokyo in 30min! The unit itself was great for what we needed. Nice living room area, strong shower, private toilet room, and the BEST BEDS AND BEDDING EVER!!! Seriously, the beds and bedding were more comfortable than my ones at home. A couple of things to note for others booking, the 'kitchen' area is very small and there are very steep steps to get to the unit (with no shoes or slippers). This is all pretty standard in Japan but just in case some people are planning their first visit they should not be surprised. We will definitely book with Eric and one of his units again!

shinnoske has been wonderful, he got us from the airport. he went to find the things we left at the house and was willing to bring it back to us

The host was very friendly and responded quick to all my questions and requests.

This Airbnb was fine for our final leg in Tokyo. It was comfortable, with a small balcony with a view of the Tokyo tower. Unfortunately there was construction going on across the street which was unsightly and the noise was a bit disturbing. We spotted some hairs upon arrival so it may have not been meticulously cleaned, but it didn’t bother us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Free luggage storage was also available for early check in/late check out. Also please note that this Airbnb is at least a 10 minute walk to the train station which was not a problem because we rented Luup scooters. The location is in a residential neighborhood so it is overall quieter and further away from local restaurants or bars.
